I have friends that are forced to use this internet by their apartment complex. They are always losing connection during games and work related internet meetings.
I would never recommend this company to anyone and would never recommend moving to a complex that uses this company.

I wanted to wait a month before posting, just to accurately gauge how good the service is. So far, it has been flawless. Zero buffering, zero pauses in one month. For context, I play online video games and stream shows online (both a wired connection). Ive also had no issues with WiFi. My unit at the apartment complex was new, and I pay for the 1GB speed. I can’t guarantee performance for other units in the complex, but I have had zero issues so far. Hope this helps someone who is concerned.

I was forced by Hamilton Woods Apartments to use their internet. If you have any other options go with them. Their Internet is slow and has horrible customer service if any. I repeat stay clear from this company.
As you can see they said they cannot find my information. They are 100% lying. If their response to my review doesn't speak volumes go ahead and try their service out

We are paying $75.00 for the best plan available. And our internet lags continuously and does not reach the 1,000 mb expectations.

If I wasn’t roped into this by my apartment complex life would be better and if I could go back to spectrum/ATT life would be great.Inconsistent speeds, connects to different hosts way too frequently, 500mpbs feels like I’m in a McDonald’s instead of at home

Horrible Service I have a second job I make money from home with. This service goes in and out and does not have a stable signal. I have called multiple times complaining and they sent a worker out once and still the situation was unresolved. I pay 75$ a month on time every month and they refuse to do anything eles to fix the situation stating they already addressed it.The only reason I feel like I’m stuck in the horrible situation with them is because their contracted with my apartment complex.
