Rude, lacking customer service should not be associating with the public. Zara should operate online only. Don’t let these angry, no mannered, disrespectful new generation of kids ruin your brand …sad!!!

Rude customer service. Be aware…their return policy for online purchases is 30 days from date SHIPPED not received. That could be a 5-7 day difference.
