We were first-time homebuyers, so the process seemed a little daunting at first. Zach did a great job of explaining everything clearly and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. He ensured that we were getting the best possible interest rate. He worked with us to make sure that every step of the loan approval process was quick and easy, so that we could close by the date that we were hoping for. The house we ended up buying had a lot of offers, and the selling agent said that Zach was the reason we ended up getting the house. He made sure to advocate for us in terms of expressing that we were competitive buyers. He is a very down-to-earth, hardworking guy. Zach is quick in his responses and very helpful. I would highly recommend him!

Mike Roman was out Morgage representative and he really goes above and beyond for his clients. It's amazing how he makes every effort to be available for any needs and provides thorough explanations, which is particularly helpful for those that have not been though this process before. I absolutely LOVE his level of attention to detail and his ability to provide estimates of Morgage and down payment for each property looked at so that we could ensure the property falls within our budget. I could not recommend Mikes services enough!

Zach Appleby of Equitable is hands down the best broker I have worked with. I have bought several houses over the last 20 years and none of the brokers I have worked with have communication down nearly so well. The communication was constant via email and phone calls. They were flexible on how to receive documents and really the operation is a well oiled machine. Pre approval process all the way to closing I was kept in the loop. I also ended up with a great rate! A big thanks to the equitable team.
