Most machines are very nice (Matrix). Free weights and bars are a little old/worn, but very usable. One, more specialized equipment (roman chair) was a little old and lost in a corner, but they had it!Swimming pool is there. Just for laps - no rec component.

Such a wonderful and caring environment for the community. The North YMCA has proven that they are a positive voice and a community leader, through it's generosity and commitment in providing assistance and services for many years.

Great workout environment, they even take care of your kids while you're getting exercises.
