Today, I drove 2 hours to sign my 84 year old mother up with a membership at this YMCA so that she and her sister can work out together.
The customer service by the Director/ Coordinator of Membership was excellent. She was prompt, efficient, welcoming, and affirming of my elderly mother. The clientele was younger, respectful, and friendly. I was grateful for all the support. Nicely renovated facility. I am very pleased with my initial experience.

Worth visiting if only for the pool. But the equipment is up to date, the lockers are good sized and the staff is professional, welcoming and friendly.

Great people very friendly..plenty of equipment & well maintained...building always looks great..pool,sauna & whirlpool & mens locker room spotless..one of the nicest Y locations in Columbus..not the newest but very nice

It was okay. I did like the day pass. $10 no tax. Hot tub was metal like instead of tile like here in cleveland tn. The mens locker is close to the hot tub swimming pool. Pretty close to one another.
Now, the place looked a little vintage.
The receptionist showed good customer service.
Would i go back again? Oh yes.

I go here everyday an I am never able to use the sauna . You aren’t allowed in the sauna if no life guard is on duty even if you are an adult . And half the time the life guard is on duty but you still can’t use the sauna because there is kids in the pool . Makes no sense . Do not recommend this YMCA
