Very solid Vet center.
We have taken our husky there for years. They are experts at dealing with our anxious dog and are very informative.
For routine pickups like regularly prescribed medicine they make it very convenient

We recently moved to the area and had to find a new vet. I'm so glad I chose worthington woods and I would highly recommend them! Since moving here, I've had several visits because both of our dogs our dogs have had allergies and other issues. We have seen four different vets and several different techs and everyone has been fantastic!! They take the time to go over all your options and explain everything clearly.
They do offer to book you with the same vet or the one you prefer, but a few appointments have been time sensitive so I have taken the first available - which was the same day or next day. They even keep emergency appointments open so it's always easy to schdule.
On my first visit, they told me to call or text when I arrive and they let you know when you can come in.So you're not passing other dogs or cats in the hallway. I thought it seemed strange but it actually it works out way better!! And the vet tech goes over your bill at the end of the vidit abd you pay right in the exam room. So there's no standing at the checkout with your dog on a leash tying to jump on the counter or run and charge at other dogs coming in the doorway. Super convenient!!
If you're looking for a new vet, I would say look no further!!

They’ve done a great job helping me navigate being a new pet owner. Easy scheduling, informed staff and a passion for care, among others, is why I will always use them as my primary vet.

We were seen right on time and Dr Hollie and her staff spent a lot of time with us answering our questions and giving us helpful advice about our newly adopted dog.

Very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Can be expensive but you pay for the care you get so it’s worth it knowing you’re animals are well taken care of

My dog George Michael has been very ill, diagnosed with a liver mass which is almost definitely cancerous. We needed help understanding this disease process, how we could help him and what to expect. The Doctors, Technicians/Assistants and CSRs welcomed us with open arms. They provided excellent care and helped us make a plan for my sweet boy. We drove all the way from Athens and it was absolutely worth the trip. I felt at home in this clinic. Additionally I appreciate that they include a service charge which specifically supports their staff. 10/10 would recommend.

The doctors and staff and Worthington Woods are absolutely amazing. We've boarded our dog with them for the past few years and they're so kind and attentive to our pet's unique needs. We recently boarded him there after an unexpected emergency vet visit, and they treated him like he was their own while we were away, updating us regularly, and making sure he was comfortable until we returned home.

We had an awful experience here. First of all, we took our son's cat to get updated on her vaccines, they vaccinated her with vaccines she had already had. We gave the papers over to the vet tech to show the doc what she had had done at the place we adopted her from, they claimed they couldn't find any on the pages given and continued with the vaccines. Then, when we came back 3 weeks later to get her rabies shot they didn't do it, and on top of it charged another fee for the doctor, which we had to fight over the phone to get paid back. If you take your pets here be prepared to check charges, or better yet ask what you are being charged for and what the charges are before proceeding with the care. We have never had a bad experience at a vet and this place was awful with customer service and communication all around. A family owned business, that is not a great place to work with at all. The response below from the "owner" further proves my case. They don't even know whether our cat was a male or female, she is in fact a female, and the reply was just a good case of further poor communication. We know the protocol for series of shots, as we told the person we spoke to, we have 4 cats ourselves. But as you stated she was supposed to be getting a series, your doctor the first time said she could not find any vaccines, to which I replied and gave the papers that she had in fact had some given at CHA the place we got the cat. They redid the feline leukemia series, she got all of them at CHA. And when we came in for the second visit we were told she would be getting the rabies vaccine, she was 16 weeks ( 4 months) at that visit. Be sure to listen to your other clients in the future, that is what you are indeed lacking on, as is even more obvious in my post here. Thanks.

I recently moved to Worthington, leaving an excellent vet behind.Soon after arriving, my dog developed a problem shje had never had before I could not be more pleased with the care I've gotten at Worthington Woods. The staff is great, and Dr. Holly is wonderful! She is professional, caring, and willing to spend the necessary time to make sure everything is fully explained. I will also be trying out the boarding services at Worthington Woods very soon.

Dr. Holly is the absolute best vet in my 40 yrs of being in the dog world. Her staff is caring, active, and love every dog I've ever brought to them. I followed Dr. Holly from Plain City, we moved out of Columbus, and now I drive over an hour to Worthington just for Dr. Holly and the staff. I trust them with my girls like no other vet!
