The guy is probably one of the top in Ohio.My only problem. They don’t do advertising, so there is no way of knowing that they are the best. People on the OSU campus def need to know! This gentleman might be better than the Apple repair service.Hope they do well in the business aspect, so they can expand and stay open. Skill level 100.

What a great experience I had! My son broke a charger off in the port of his iPhone and everywhere else we went said that we needed to replace the phone. I came in and less than 10 minutes later the technician there came out with the fixed phone and charged me much less than I was expecting to pay. I had such great service there that I came back with an iPad that needed a new screen. I’m still waiting on that and will report how that went as soon as I get it back. I definitely recommend this place!

I recently brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max to Wireless RX for a simple camera lens repair. The initially friendly staff gave me a sense of comfort, but my experience quickly turned into a nightmare. While attempting the lens repair, they managed to break my screen. The staff assured me not to worry, claiming they would replace the screen. However, the problems escalated from there. After receiving my supposedly fixed phone, I discovered that the screen replacement rendered my device practically unsellable. The Diagnostic report revealed an Ambient Light Sensor fault, and the screen was not recognized as authorized Apple parts. Despite addressing these issues with the manager and subsequently with the owner, there was no satisfactory resolution. Shockingly, the owner suggested not disclosing the screen replacement when selling the phone, exposing a lack of integrity in their business practices. I am now out $700 and facing the consequences of their negligence. If you're considering doing business with Wireless RX, I strongly advise against it. I've reached out to them without resolution, and if necessary, I am prepared to escalate my complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and pursue legal action. Save yourself the headache and potential financial loss - steer clear of this company.

I would NOT even give them a 1 star. They are OVERPRICED and do NOT fix anything. They charge you and say they fixed it and do NOT!!! The owner is a jerk and the man guy, Adam that works there is an embarrassment to the company working there as he is EXTREMELY over weight/fat! TERRIBLE place! NOT worth it.
