William helped me sell my father’s home. He considered all of our concerns and addressed them quickly and thoroughly. He looked forward, passed our highest and best offer, secured the next best offer in case the first offer fell through. That exact scenario happened and Bill quickly secured that offer. All of the communication was stellar. Every single showing was documented and times updated through text. William made sure this sale, my first actually, was as great an experience of saying goodbye to a family home of 55 years could be. Thank you.

Bill was amazing to work with! I was looking for my first home and had no idea what I was doing, and Bill helped with everything. He answered my questions very quickly, no matter the time of day. Working with William made purchasing our first home painless and easy. We catered to every need we had even though we were located in a different state. Everyone says their realtor is great, but let me tell you, this guy is the best. He helped us find a home and we closed on it in less than 30 days. He’s awesome about making sure we were organized and on top of due dates. He also put us in contact with a few people if we ever needed work done with the house and they have been great too!The thing I loved the most was that it truly felt like there were no “stupid questions” I could ask. Whenever ANYTHING crossed our minds, he would respond almost immediately and thoughtfully.I cannot stress this enough, if you need a realtor, do yourself a favor and contact him.
