Is a great salesman, although I wish that his boss would have had some women’s leather pants out but they were locked up and Derrick didn’t have the key, although I got my boots and my coat! Thanks Derrick!

Great customer service and attention to detail. Every person there is knowledgeable and will never steer you wrong. They have products that can only be found there. Oh and the place smells amazing!

10/3/23, my husband, son and myself went to ZZ Boots, to find our son a pair of boots. The store is very crowded and there are only narrow pathways to walk, between shoe boxes that are stacked to the ceiling. My son tried on a pair of boots, liked them and purchased them. An older man in the store (I later learned his name was, Wild Man) offered to spray some weather proofing chemical on them. Not sure if it was the chemicals or not, but we all thought that he appeared to be high on something. The next day my son wore the boots in the house to break them in. Right away, he noticed that the left boot was causing him pain. Upon further inspection, he felt an area on the outer ankle that poked inward; it appeared to be a manufacturer's flaw. We returned to the store and the employee took the boots and stated that he would order a new pair and call us when they were in. A few days later, my husband got a call from an employee stating that they felt that our son needed a different size and they wouldn't be ordering another pair. My husband asked if we could just get a refund and the employee said he could if we called and gave him the credit card number. A couple of days later, I called the store and spoke to a man that referred to himself as Wild Man. I started to tell him who I was and why I was calling, he cut me off and said lady, your son needs to be sized.\

Love this place. I wear an 8 in boots and nobody ever has what I need in stock except them. Always take the time to help me out and try on anything I need. Great quality boots at a great price. Customer service is top notch.
