If you don't know the difference between a chain pharmacy and a neighborhood pharmacy, you need to visit here to understand. I love how the staff is loyal and tries to get to know their customers personally. The cards, jewelry, and gifts sections are excellent! I always find hidden gems for gifts. Old school remedies (I think I saw some Fletchers Castoria!) Lace the shelves on the pharmacy side. And it appears there are plenty of medical appliances and supplies available.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and the customer service never disappoints. I called yesterday and they were closing in a few minutes and Doug stayed over and was at the door with my medicine when I pulled up CVS and Kroger would never display that type of compassion.

This is an amazing trip on how pharmacy was.White pharmacy is a community icon and so beautiful with its display of old pharmaceutical items since it was opened.The service is so personal. It's like being home again.

I very highly recommend White's Pharmacy. White's is an independent pharmacy. I grew up with these types of independent pharmacies. The staff is very knowable, friendly, and mature and goes out of their way to service their clients. White's is far more than a place to fill your prescription. Whites could be your source for all hard-to-find items and durable medical goods needs, wheelchairs, crutches, and walkers. Buy or rent, and they work with all insurance plans. White's stocks a wide range of bandages, dressings or almost anything your medical needs require. Pharmacists are a joy, and if they can save you money, they do. The balance of the staff is very knowledgeable and anxious to help you. White's is a Hallmark store with cards and Christmas Ornaments. Whites also do prescription deliveries. If you are looking for an old-school pharmacy for your medical needs without all the add-ons, give White's a try.

I highly recommend White's Pharmacy. White's is an "old school" drug store/pharmacy, and I mean that in a good way. Their brick and mortar store is not large, but I have never encountered mobs of people waiting in line or shopping in the store itself. I am rather elderly, and use a cane, and I feel more secure when the store has fewer customers, and is quieter. The telephone at White's is always answered politely, and necessary conversations are also pleasant, brief, and to the point. I also appreciate White's delivery service. All in all, I find White's Pharmacy to be a more welcoming and professional environment than other pharmacies in my area. I feel comfortable when I am there. I have only spoken to a single pharmacist, an elderly gentleman, and he also inspired confidence. White's Pharmacy is a well kept secret on the east side of Columbus, but people in-the-know conduct their pharmacy business there.

White's is super fast at getting rid of you once you switch pharmacys and they do it in the record time of only few seconds to maybe few minutes and without a why? or even thank you for your business for the last 45 years that's including my parents before me.
