I just opened my account at WesBanco. Received very bad customer service (Did not get driver license back after transaction). And when I followed up with the Manager, she said she would research and call me the next day, by 10am. But Anna did not call. I hope it gets better.

First time I've been in since the remodel. This is not a bank, it's a lock-up. This is the most unfriendly place I've ever been in, and I've been to jail.

Horrible bank, if you didn’t make a payment on your account and some random payment takes $10 then returns it back, they’ll still overdraft you $35.
