Anytime you visit this location (inside or drive thru) expect to wait 10+ mins (minimum). You will sit at the speaker at least 3-5 mins before you're acknowledged. Inside-- You're ignored for a very long time before they take your order. There are times where it's at 20 to 30 minute wait when you're the 2nd person in line inside. Fast food? Far from it. It has been this way at this location well before covid. I can't believe after all these years that this has not been addressed. The wait time is ungodly, whether you are inside or in the Drive-Thru. Every single time. Oh, and half the time, they don't even open the inside

I usually eat here more than I should, but it's cheaper than most fast food places. Highly recommend them.

I knew that they opened the dining room for business at 8 a.m. so I made a point to get there at 8:10 in order to give them a grace period to open. 817 rolled around and they did not open the doors until 8:20. All the while looking over at me standing in the cold. Plus the service at the counter is almost always negative. Definitely the worst branch in Columbus.

ordered through Uber eats. My drivers kept changing left and right. I call the store to see what was the problem. The store tells me they received my order but a driver already took off with it. They said I would have to take it up with the third party...yeah I already did that but at the same time I feel like this store is also partly to blame along with Uber eats. This is the second time my Uber eats order was not delivered because of this dumb excuse. Why isn't there better protocol from both places, Wendy's and Uber Eats to make sure the right food is given to the right driver? I'm done with the idiotic excuses and I'm done with this place and I'm done with Uber eats.

It was amazing the works there was so helpful they deserve a raise so amazing how nice and kind they were we came about 4:30-4:39 THEY REALLY DO DESERVE A RAISE AND I HOPE THEY GET ONE.

My daughter and I went through the drive-through at this location, the drive-through is very tight and in a rather sketchy neighborhood. The workers could’ve cared less to fulfill our order, lots of seemingly frowning faces inside the building.

Yes! I only had got a Spicy Chicken sandwich Meal , two junior cheeseburgers , small fries,and a small drink. I was charged $24.some cents. That’s ridiculous plus no receipt was in the bag. So I called up there . Manager was rude, said she couldn’t find my receipt and why I didn’t ask for a receipt. Not going to give me my money back for being over charged. I told her the Manager that I am definitely calling Cooperate to have them look into this because your location over charge taken customer money. So she hang up on me.
