They don't even deserve a one star. They suck their mean they're rude. They're not helpful. I suggest everybody go to Polaris because it's a better friendly service. This place is horrible they lie to you telling you you can get a discount or you don't. Then when you have to bring something back you can't return it. Only store credit. I've been dealing with waterbeds over 20 years. Never again. I will never go back there again ever

The salesperson on Morse road. Needs to be fired. He is absolutely no help. Does not answer questions. He is rude and very ignorant. I will never walk in there again.

My first visit to this store!! Nay was amazing!! She was great at explaining their products and was like a personal salesperson for us. She knew exactly what we needed and was absolutely perfect!! Ask for Nay!!!!

Absolute best shop in town! Michael help me find exactly what I was looking for when three other shops could not. I would drive an hour just to be here and purchase my product because I trust him and appreciate their awesome customer service. Do not sleep on these people.!!
