Update my post....I returned there this morning to 2 new guys... they was awesome !!!! So respectful and helpful I wanted to cry...I wish they all acted like these 2 guys...I didn't catch their name but I will next visit and post them... thanks to those 2 in Chillicothe Ohio store... great shopping this time ❤️

Great selection and great vibe, but when I went to get a disposable vape, both of the Breeze Pro's I was given were fakes. Be wary when buying disposables here.

Russ helped me out a ton on explaining to me in perfect, straight forward and comprehensive instructional tutorials, on how product functioned. I couldn't be more happier with customer service. Nay totes helped me too the next day and I felt the same kind of customer appreciation that I had with Russ. Totally knowledgeable and very hospitable!
