This place is the worst place ever their customer service and policy is horrible. They sell broken and items that don’t work. Brought back my item with in 2 days after attempting to use and charging it several different ways.
When coming to return the product the assistant manager Skylar and the Manager Matt absolutely refuse to refund for the product. Only replace a product that does not work with the same CRAPPY PRODUCT! Literally in the store for a hour and a half just for me to call corporate while standing in the store and them to give me store credit(which is what I originally asked for not even a refund). It almost felt like MATT AND SKYLAR had something against me. For managers they have horrible problem solving skills and customer service. I PRAY THAT THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT WORKS CAUSE I NEVER WANT TO PATRONIZE THIS STORE AGAIN!

Went into waterbeds and my favorite beautiful manager wasn't there today and it was odd because she's always there I feel like she is waterbeds. I never have a problem looking for things and if I do she will kindly help me or show me a new product but she wasn't there today and the one manager with the hat was there. He is honestly not a people person and he seems extremely awkward and whenever I ask for somethin he is rude and I can see the customers and employees there look at him with a strange face and this isn't the first time that I was in the store and it just seemed weird when he was working. So I honestly just walked out because I believe I wasn't getting the fair help that I needed. I believe her name is Stephanie and she's a great person every time I come in there and because of her I will still continue to shop at waterbeds if needed she also picks out the best incense for me and so many different scents I never know what to choose from and her ideas on vapes every single vape I got from there is great I give this store 100% hundred star rating if there was an option it should be called waterbeds n Steph, cause she is the stuff lol So to the chick with the piercing thanks for always providing great customer service ? You always know how to put a smile on somebody's face and always making Sum1 laugh. I appreciate you so much.

I took my child here for some gifts on their 17th birthday. The two ladies working made us feel welcomed and took fantastic care of us. It was a truly great shopping experience.

I had a really cool experience today while visiting waterbeds 'n' stuff. The customer service was amazing. There was a sale on select items buy one get one half priced ?that's always fun ☺️ the store manager Stephanie was very helpful she was is a sweetheart helped me pick out so very beautiful incense ?? I definitely will be back. ??

I love this place because of its laid back atmosphere. Although most things are novelty items that could be purchased much cheaper online they still carry the best incense and oils around and thats totally worth every brick making up what is this store.

I would give this store 10 stars if I could. I have been to many waterbeds and stuff stores over the course of 20 years in Columbus... And I have never encountered such a dedicated staff, who goes above and beyond and cares about their customers and community as this location does!!The manager Stephane even draws personalized art with positive mental health messages on her incense bags for the customers. I'm a licensed social worker and love that she's giving back to the community. And staff member Trinity was so knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air when I went in there with questions for my mother. I will never go to any other waterbeds and stuff store ever again I will drive 20 minutes just to shop at this store. It was the most clean and organized store I've ever been to as well. I don't usually leave Google reviews but I had to for this one. **Everyone at this location definitely deserve a bonus and or raise.

Best shopping experience ever! Raven was helpful..sweet disposition and quick to help me. Stephani was just great! She was very helpful and very kind! I've been buying here for many years..honestly best visit I've had. I will be driving all the way from Pleasantville again just to shop at this location. Please hire more employees like these two. Lancaster location could learn from them!
