Pharmacy does not make notes about defective items. There is no record of complaints.

It’s a shame. I’ve been a loyal Walgreens customer for years. Lately things have gone down hill. For example, I submitted two prescriptions a week ago, apparently they didn’t have enough time to fill both. SMH

The check out clerk, Dakota, was very unpleasant & unprofessional. This person did not demonstrate any customer service skills. Terrible service. This needs to improve.
