This walgreens is very rude and inconsiderate, there is no way someone should have to wait four hours and thirty minutes for a prescription to be filled. If staffing is an issue, they should shut it down and/or merge with another walgreens. The wait time is ridiculous, people need their medication, especially right after surgery...SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(No way to give a zero) Something is very wrong at this location. No one answers a phone call (gave up after 28 and 33 minute (!!) waits, plus others). Pharmacy staff is SO limited, with only 1-2 willing to serve. Drive-up staff showings just walk away with no comment. If we had a choice Walgreens would not be our choice, but MedMutual made some deal. So frustrating and infuriating.

I would give zero if I could. Came in with a transfer medication from CVS, was then told to wait until they do so. 25 minutes passed and I’m still waiting, went back up to see what would happen. They told me that it may be filled tonight or tomorrow morning, which being 24 hours is stupid to wait that long for a concussion. After 45 minutes passing of just waiting with zero updates, I grab a counter medication and tell them to cancel everything. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I was there for almost an hour to get nothing and only updates when I approached the counter. Never have I ever had to wait at any other Walgreens that long for strong ibuprofen and a muscle relaxant. Totally unacceptable as a company.

Very rude female pharmacist put my spouse on hold for 45 minutes last nite. When he did get through the pharmacist answered asking him what do you need,and he ask a simple question if the regular pharmacist was in
She said I ask you what do you need. And than she hung up on him. It was very difficult to even understand what she was saying. 2 days of nobody answering g the phone trying to get you prescription filled before you run out of medication than to have a nasty person like her prevent you from getting your script filled
Still no prescription. filled. Day 65 prescription still not filled
Same woman put us on hold again after waiting 20 minutes in que for call

This pharmacy used to be good but is now extremely disorganized and overwhelmed. Over the past year they never have prescription filled by the time they said they would and often have fake sounding answers why they are unable to do things in a timely manner. The have filled prescriptions and misplaced them so badly that they had to fill it again. My wife had surgery yesterday and we needed her pain meds by 11 am this morning. The prescription was sent to the pharmacy yesterday morning. We dropped by to pick up this morning and called multiple times after and they still haven't filled them as of 1:30 pm. No sense of urgency for things that are important and that they dropped the ball on.

Horrible service. Turn away and find somewhere more organized so you don’t have to leave with OTC headache pills on top of your prescription.
I asked them to transfer my meds from another pharmacy out of state where I’m traveling from. Used them once already before. They’ve just been telling me all kinds of things for the past 3 days now. Always ending in “call at night…” or “call in the morning and remind us to work on it…”
My pharmacy says it’s transferred on their end. I finally told my pharmacy just to have it transferred back to them. I’ll drive back to Pittsburgh to pick it up for crying out loud cause at this rate, i won’t ever get it without calling them to “remind” them every morning and evening everyday.
They obviously can’t keep up. Poorly managed pharmacy!!
Hopefully it’s not just as difficult to get it transferred back to my original pharmacy now….

I love going to this Walgreens especially during the night time!!! I remember a security guy named Sammie used to work at this Walgreens and I sadly don’t see him working there anymore… I miss Sammie

one pharmacist not helpful at all. she compare medicine to some package delivery and not time commitment when i ask when the medicine will be ready. very rude.she donot care at all. could rate 0 if i can

Great experience. I called about a prescription that could not be filled at a different location. They were prompt to answer the phone and provided some guidance. They were quick to fill the script and not a long line. I did pick up inside.
I didn't shop for anything additionally, so I can't speak to the rest of the store, however the pharmacy was great!

I DROVE ALL THE WAY UP HERE FROM FAIRWOOD AND IN COLUMBUS SOUTHERN SIDE OF COLUMOLER RDMBUS AND THEY DECIDED TO CL4OSE THE STORE WHICH I REMIND YA Ag vvv LL IS A 24 HOUR STORE IS CLOSED UNTIL 5AM... Only issue I've found is the store is unorganized with product placement and the manager on duty refuses to honor displayed pricing for items, not aware nor does he provide options for resolving concerns brought up with regards to using mobile applications and issues with price mixups, I also unfortunately observed profiling of younger shoppers as the associate and manager discussed/profiled the shoppers in front of myself and other guests. Overall experience very transactional and not really welcoming to do business in the future... Yes I've made pickup and in store purchases on multiple occasions and have had the same uninviting experiences from the leaders. Otherwise decent pricing and 24 hr convenience keeps my business
