This morning I went into the store to purchase some polygrip. Once I arrived to the correct aisle, I started to feel sick. I was next to the pharmacy, so I asked the young girl where the restroom was located. She was very friendly. But unfortunately, a taller slender pharmacy associate walks up very rude, tells me that the restroom can only be used with permission, and the person who gives permission is unavailable.
What kind of retail store does this?
If a store does not have a public restroom, that's all well and fine. But the rudeness and unprofessional attitude from that one employee will keep me from ever going back into this location!

Store says it close at 10pm but they closed at 9pm. They should update their online hours.

Went to the pharmacy today, white female lady in pharmacy department completely rude and attitude sucks. Asked about medication status she said it’ll be 30 mins and they will call when ready. Left and never heard back then returned to realize they were closed and never got a call for the medication. Unacceptable

For days I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone and all they do is put me on hold and eventually hang up. The customer service is terrible they are so rude and definitely reaching out to corporate as soon as possible.

absolute worst pharmacy I have ever and I mean ever felt with. my meds were sent over Friday, today is Sunday they should have been ready for pick up, they weren’t !! pharmacist lied and said it’s an insurance issue. Sorry bud not my first trip here, meds still should have been ready for pick up, I offered to pay cash and have my insurance reimburse me, he then said “oh they ain’t filled so I can’t do that” so I call my insurance my meds were paid for by them and they don’t know why the pharmacist would LIE !! Well it’s because no one bothered to fill my meds, I am a high risk pregnancy and needed my meds. thanks a lot Walgreens !! terrible service !!

We all are human and we all make mistakes. I am giving a 5 star because the employees will make things right and also will show respect to customers. We as humans need to know that we can not allow hatred or whatever could be going on in our lives define who we are. We have to speak with care, understanding, love from our hearts, compassion and allow guidance to help eachother. I hope the best for each and every employee here. I hope they all succeed in their career path.

THE WORST PHARMCY...I JUST CALLED THEM 5X I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 20 MIN AND EACH TIME I WAS HUNG UP ON. I WAS TRYING TO MALE SURE THE RX'S THAT WERE CALLED IN FOR MY MOM WHO IS BEING DISCHRGED FROM THE HOSPITAL WERE READY BECAUSE SHE IS IN PAIN THEY CLOWNS DONT WANT TO WORK HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE RUDE AND THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE.

Today I had a bad experience. They gave me the worst service, screaming at my face for simply not understanding that I had no medication. The workers are not professional AT ALL. they got hired and yet doesn’t have the nerve to have a good day they always have bad days and take their anger out on everyone who comes, every time we go there it’s always a bad service.

This location was very nice. I didn't realize most of them are going to move to self check out. I was waiting at the counter and they said go ahead and check yourself out. I was shocked and didn't even see the self-checkout because my Walgreens by my house hasn't transitioned to that yet.

This Walgreens has 1...I repeat ONE single grocery cart. Carried my 1 yr old in to do some shopping. Visually no carts, I asked "do you not have any carts?" She replied very nicely "only ONE and it is currently in use, they all went out at Christmas." (And never came back?...Idk) I left sadly without the $60.00 purchase I needed. I must note, this is not my typical Walgreens. We had a prescription filled there that was not available at our regular store so as to not make two stops. I now still have to travel elsewhere and make that second stop. ?♀️ Out of curiosity, who is in charge of that? A manager? A customer? Who needs to be called? That's sad.

The best cashier is Kim, she is always smiling and very helpful. Team leader Matthew is kind of nice too. Management is rude ❌.

Great place to shop, get scripts filled, flu shots, photo prints made. Shop online and use their curbside pickup.
