So many complaints from people who don’t follow directions or instructions in life it seems. Nothing but amazing service, nice and polite people when I’ve gone.
Don’t act entitled and rude and they will likely be of great service to you!

Pharmacy specifically are short, not staffed, just their mouths! Rude! If you are not going to help, please don't show up to work! Let someone else have your job! "Walgreens" send your staff to better customer service training! Teach them patience and understanding! When people are sick the last thing they want is attitude from some random, Pharmacist or technician that chose the wrong profession! My money will NEVER be used at this location! With others closing, just pay them unemployment if it is shut down. Don't send them to a different location to make that place bad!

The caucasian male on duty was an absolute jerk to another customer tonight! 1/7 6pm. The male cashier tonight was great though!

Just left the pharmacy, and I can not say enough how thankful I am for their help. The pharmacists were professional and kind! Amazing service!!

The elderly rely on their kids for assistance. This is very normal. 12:10 pm today Walgreens calls tells me if I don't pick up they are going going to restock shelf on Tuesday. The Dr. Just called these in on Friday, whatever. I work in the Southend so i will run over and pickup. 2:05 today sitting in Drive-thru to pick up. Attendant says someone already picked up mom's meds. I said no you might want to check your cameras. She ended up finding them in the mail that was outgoing. She then told me my mom asked her to mail them. Lie, you called me and I told you I would come and get them. Then she told me my mom and her husband came in this morning and she helped them with a card. Lie, dad's been dead for over 20 years, actually 25 years. I am furious, why keep lying to me to save face. She was totally wrong, my mom never comes into Walgreens, no drivers license. My mom has never spoke to anyone at Walgreens, that's my job and my cell #. My dad, the ghost was at Walgreens today, unbelievable.Got home today, checked mom's Meds. I noticed I had a bottle of Jardiance priced at $712. This belongs to a lady named Vicky with the same last name as mom. Now I understand, this lady is my "mother". Manager was supposed to call me this morning, nothing so far .11am going to head over there and give them Vicky's meds back.

I've used this Walgreens for 10 years. Every member of the pharmacy staff that I've ever interacted with has been pleasant, kind and helpful. Over the years, I have encountered several problems with my insurance and the people at this pharmacy have gone out of their way to help me sort out those problems every single time. My prescriptions are always ready when promised and only twice in 10+ years have they ever been out of the medication I needed. And both of those times they were able to fill it the very next day. Everyone is very competent and good with people.

it's a good place to shop they have multiple different products and I Western Union machine on the inside if needed to be used great customer service staff is very polite I'll give it a 10 out of 10 ??

Never have my meds always out of stock. They are rude and they lie. Worst pharmacy ever. Never use them

They have enough of a selection if you need to do some shopping while getting a prescription filled. Also, shopping on the app is convenient and order is usually ready within the hour.

I had to go to the drive thru 3 times this week and had horrible service. The wait time was so bad people were leaving after being in line for 20 minutes or more. This was every time I went. One time I waited 25 minutes In front of the glass window when someone finely said they would be with me in a few minutes. Add on the wait time before the window we waited over an hour! I understand if they are short staffed but they could still acknowledge me.
