Beyond them being rude (not all but most) I've specified multiple times how many scripts I had and the one lady lied and said it was never called in, to have me call my dentist and run circles just to find out they didn't have it in stock but it was called in (that happened twice!) Then I ask prices on phone for my fiance and asked if there's 4.. she said no there's 3, I was confused but showed up with the money I needed and whatcha know there's 4 and it's another $20. They have a second lane for no reason and treat you like you're dumb when you go use it. The prices are never right, they never have my stuff in stock but don't let me know. It's an embarrassment of a pharmacy and I'll be switching to somewhere else.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever done business with. My son has a horrible abscess tooth and is in excruciating pain they sent in a prescription and it's been 24 hours and it still hasn't been filled. The staff is rude and insensitive. They have absolutely no compassion for anyone in pain. I even tried calling the ER to get the prescription transferred elsewhere to no avail. They will not release it back or send it to a pharmacy that can get it done with some efficiency. This is absolutely unconscionable! Do not use this pharmacy as they are completely incompetent.

Walgreens in general, and specifically this location and the Maple Canyon store, failed miserably today.Both locations had unspecified issues refilling my wife's prescription, one that is important to maintaining her well-being and health.Now, we have to wait until tomorrow at 9 AM to pick-up something that should have been available after work today. Also, the pharmacy techs were walking out of the Cleveland Avenue shop as I was walking in and didn't even make an effort to help me, even after I asked. Terrible customer service, just horrific.

I had a prescription called in that was urgent, so I decided to call to make sure they received it and were filling it. There have been a few recent instances that they "didn't receive the order". They did, but didn't process the order for various reasons. This time I sat on hold for an hour and a half only to be disconnected. I then decide to go ahead and drive over after completing a 5 hour appointment for chemo and the drive through is closed. So, I had to go inside around people that could have contagious illnesses and hope they actually have my medicine. At first, they couldn't find it, but eventually did. Walgreens needs to do some serious audits, this isn't just annoying, it is unsafe.

Wow. This company has the most astonishingly horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I had a prescription at my usual store at Cleveland Ave/Oakland Park. The discount card gives the tech an odd adjudication rejection. Eventually (it was late in the evening at this point) I ask if they can just call on it and get it fixed tomorrow (Friday). He says they will and I leave. I called in the late afternoon the next day to check on it and got to someone in the phar...

I only use this Walgreens because of a couple people who work here if it wasn't for that I wouldn't go here, especially the pharmacy they will try to say they are unable to refill my medicine because that's how it was sent I say okay but then talk to my doctor next day after they opened and he sent it over to be picked up same day. What a shock Walgreens gets busy and make up d*** excuses.

I picked up my prescription at the drive through and the clerk sent them without a bag. When the holder opened, the rolled out under my car and down the road. What kind of service is this? My husband who is disabled had to crawl under the car to get them and chase them down the street. I will never patronize this pharmacy again.

Walgreen Pharmacy has been our go to pharmacy for a long time. We tried to go to the CVS across from the Walgreens that we used to use but it wasn't kept as clean and nice as our Walgreen had been. Don't feel safe going there either because there is always someone hanging around the front of the doors. I really wish they would bring our store back to the location at Morse and Cleveland Ave. Our prescriptions were transferred to the store at 161 and Maple Canyon. One of the staff from our store transferred to that store so it's nice to have that relationship continue! The 161 store is a 24 hour location and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's so busy there that you aren't always able to get your Rx when promised. My biggest pet piece is that people will bring a new Rx to the drive through window and sit and wait for it to be filled! The window is supposed to be a quick stop to pick up and be on your way! But I don't know what to do or who to speak to to have them come inside so that the rest of us can be on our way to complete our purchases. It's so sad that our society has become so rude and disrespectful to one another.
