Like their website but leasing agent still has yet to call me back. Very interested in a house to rent but can't get questions answered

I called to inquire about a couple properties they had listed and it went from 1 person to another on the automated system and nobody ever picked up the phone. I was looking for a home and they obviously didn't care that may be why the office is looking run down.

I have been trying to reach my property manager for my rental property for over a week. I have left a message and 2 texts no reply. I am getting little upset.
