I don’t care for this vet. When I was trying to find out where to go I asked the receptionist, you’re by the smoke shop Poor girls right? She had no idea what I was talking about and when we got there you can see it’s right next door. They made us sit in the car for over half an hour because they didn’t even have room for us to come in and sit. Why make so many appointments at the same time that you can’t even accommodate people? That makes no sense to me at all. Once we got in there it took no more than 10 minutes which I appreciate but we shouldn’t have had to sit outside and wait. When I made the appointment they made me pay for the visit in advance before they would even give me an appointment so when it was time to check out I was only supposed to have to pay $20 for the rabies shot and they wanted $15 more on top of that for a fecal test they never said I would have to pay extra for, what’s the $42 I paid for even cover? The 5 minutes with the Dr? That’s just unbelievable. The receptionist told us to come to room 1, walked away and she didn’t show us or even tell us where to go so we walked into the wrong door and and the staff just looked at us like how dare you come through this door. Yes the staff was nice but by the time they left us outside and the time we waited inside, our dog was losing it. He’s just a small dog but apparently my daughter wasn’t holding him right so she made the nurse come in and hold him so she could listen to him, I didn’t care for that either. All the Dr had to do was tell my daughter how to hold him. She wasn’t upset about that but I was. I don’t see the point of paying over $70+ for a vaccine and to have them listen to him, it’s not worth all that. They really need to do something about their prices, I doubt they will but it should be considered. All of this just so we can get him groomed. If there was someplace closer, I would go there instead.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brown and her staff! We had a little bit of a rough start, when I called to confirm my appointment as a new patient they had no record of me or my dog, but once that was resolved the staff have been so incredible to work with. My pupper is terrified of the vet, and they're really patient and take their time with her. Dr. Brown is very thorough, and is more than happy to answer any questions I might have - and I've had a lot!! I'm so grateful for everyone at the clinic. Keep up the good work!

We take our pets here and they're always fast, efficient and kind. Sometimes a bit busy to get regular appointments in, but good at getting you in last minute for emergencies. There's a good office cat as well too.

40 minutes behind schedule. Told this was typical. Vet does not even do the exam in front of you. No thanks. Back to my old vet that examine in front of me and was on time.

My fur baby Bubbles first visit. Dr Brown and associates treated Bubbles with respect and kindness. While not loosing a beat of professionalism. This is Bubbles first experience and after she reacted great. This vet office was recommended for my fur baby and I definitely recommend it to other parents of fur babies.

No one knows what is going on first off. Second when I got there they just took my pet from me. I was not able to be with him he is extremely scared of other people and nervous. All we were there to do was to get a flea treatment and to clip his nails there was no reason why I couldn’t be with him for that. it would’ve probably been easier on them for me to just have held him. When I asked why I couldn’t stay with him I was just told Covid and then she said “ why are you worried that we would do something to hurt your pet” that’s not at all what I was insinuating. Very disappointing unprofessional when I asked any of the questions I had they were just rude. I was also told I was squeezed in so she didn’t understand why I was making such a fuss. At the end of the day if they didn’t squeeze me in someone would have so that’s not a fair argument nor should it have been an argument at all when all I wanted to do was be with my fur baby.

Oh my gracious what a WONDERFUL GREAT place for pets! Answered patiently many questions by phone, easy to get on schedule, all staff were super kind, loving, caring to our SIX kittens. Our rescued cat turned out to be pregnant so now we have her plus six kittens.People— please spay/neuter every pet. Don’t buy from breeders, rescue animal who needs/craves a loving home; keep all cats inside exclusively unless you are on a legit farm. Never advertise free pets; there are evil people who do evil things to animals, do not give them free animals. Carefully screen who you allow to adopt your kittens/puppies— I mean be vigilant about a forever good loving home.Please — patronize this animal clinic!! They are truly a gift to pets/their owners. These people are very tuned in to the animals and love them no matter what is going on even a routine office visit.I wholeheartedly recommend without reservations the Village Animal Clinic. They are a wonderful choice for veterinary care.

I’ve brought my dog in before, and normally she’s very anxious, and is scared of anyone who isn’t me, but Dr.Brown brought her back in and she was happy as could be. I also just recently brought my new kitten in, and the staff is always so helpful, and Dr. Brown is the best veterinarian I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Brown is just so personable, and even has called me directly to discuss my kittens surgeries. I appreciate her and the whole staff very much! Gage, Rachel, Larissa, and Courtney are all extremely kind, and very willing to tell me anything I needed to know about estimates, scheduling, aftercare, etc. Overall, just generally love the place, and the people! Couldn’t recommend them enough to take care of your fur babies! ❤️
