My car was taken here after an accident I had 5 months ago and it’s still in the shop. It is impossible to get ahold of anybody and their voicemail box is always full. I haven’t gotten any real updates about my car, and there isn’t an estimated time for it to be done… after 5 months. I don’t recommend this place.

I was referred to Vic's to have the side view mirror repaired on my 2014 Q50x and, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The staff are very pleasant and professional. And the body work that was done on my vehicle was exquisite. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Extremely professional and friendly people there. It is a very well owned business and they are highly skilled at what they do. I got a simple baseline Dyno session, which turned out to be a great conversation on what may be an issue and how I can go about addressing it.
