Greg at the Polaris Verizon was absolutely amazing. He got my phone and watch fixed after a major SIM card issue in less than 15 minutes! We will definitely be back to see him for our upgrades

Rude, slow, Horrible service. I went to visit there today they were supposed to open at 10:00 there's a guy that walked in at 10:15 and said he had no idea when they would open basically told me to go jump in a lake. T-Mobile here I come

Was there for an upgrade. Issue with new phone and had to return. Wifi in store was so bad they had to use a hotspot to complete the software upgrade. Was there over 1.5 hours. They push the Verizon home internet which doesn't work and we went through three representatives due to them either leaving or going on break. Will not get another device from here.

Gabriel's a real piece of work. How would you threaten a customer that's been with Verizon over 9 years? I can't believe people like this exist.
Trying to straighten my bill in a threatens me to point where I get up and walk out and his friends sat there and did nothing. Tough guy thinks like he's a real gangster... Except he's a cell phone salesman.

My iPhone was locked on SOS. In a panic I entered the store and was greeted by Chad Kreemer. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to reset my phone and took the time to explain what he was doing. After fixing my problem he began to share with me the Verizon Home Internet Gateway. Since I could take it home to try for 30 days before I buy it was a good deal. So far we are happy with the unit and I am sure we will use this device. Thanks Chad for showing me that I could save money and for reviving my phone! ?

Was skeptical with all the bad reviews. Got in there right it open lots of employees ready to help out. Trevor got me help out right away. Replace my Sim card for free no issues no fuss. A+ Service will continue to use his Verizon location. Thank you so much!

My mom is on my plan, and she went in there to get a new phone. Trevor, the salesman, talked her into getting a new Apple Watch and iPad for my daughter. He assured her all of this was free - confirmed this over the phone to me as well, as I am the owner of the account. He also said he would waive all activation fees, and explained that our bill was actually going down by $5. We received the new bill, and shocker, he didn’t do what he was supposed to. My dad went in, and he reassured him that he did. I have now talked to Verizon four separate times since then, and they have said he absolutely did not put any notes to waive anything - so they won’t waive them either (after much back and forth they waived 1 of the 3). He also signed her up for a Disney plus bundle - which was already on our account. He also signed her up for multiple other “promotions”. This bill is crazy high, and we’re stuck paying it, because he lied, and clearly just wanted commission. I understand he is in sales, but to openly lie to three of us is gross. We will never go back to this store again, and once the new products are paid off, we will be leaving Verizon completely.

While overall I am happy with making the switch to Verizon, my home internet and wireless bill should be lower than it was, I am disappointed that promises were made and not delivered upon. The Verizon reps are also wrong with being able to upgrade Hulu to Hulu live.

Their hours are a lie and their employees are rude. They are "open" until 6:00. I show up at 5:30. Guy speed walks up to me as if to not let me walk an inch further than I already have. Asks me what I need; I say I need a new phone; he says "unfortunately we close at 6 so we cant do any business right now...." Okay... its 5:30? I say "So, you close at 5:30?" He says "we close at 6". I say "But you wont do business after 5:30?" " No." "So you aren't open" He just looks at me like he wants to kill me.

Horrible experience, they don’t even deserve a 1 star ! An employee changed numerous things on our plan and has taken 5+ hours of customer service to undo the things they changed. Will NEVER return! Save yourself peace of mind and stress go to the Verizon Cellular Sales in Westerville, outstanding service!

I received a new phone via mail. I was having trouble transferring the data. I went in, store was pretty much empty. I was charged $30 for them to tell me the data was already transferring, it just took a long time. They spent about a minute on me looking at it. I asked if I could stay and make sure it downloaded alright and he told me that they were closing soon (it was 7:10 and they closed at 8. I then asked for a receipt in case it didnt work right and I could come back tomorrow and not get charged. He said there would be one in my email, which there never was. He then walked away like he didnt want to be bothered. No sense of customer service at all. It did finally download, but a little kindness or reassurance would have been nice. Go someplace else if you have a choice!
