6.30 PM june 2nd 2025. . I’m currently at the Verizon Polaris branch, where I purchased a lifetime screen protector. Unfortunately, I’ve been told that they cannot locate any record of this transaction. I’m extremely disappointed that the store is not honoring what was promised as part of my original purchase.
I’ve spoken with a representatives here, but he has been able to assist me effectively. The experience has been very frustrating. I’d appreciate your help in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Just done with Verizon all together at this point. It's more expensive than every other carrier and the service is garbage. Sales people can't communicate worth a damn and couldn't sell their way out of a paper bag. Tech support is non-existent -- every time I get a new device it ends with a 60-90 minute phone call to tech support to activate the device (and there are time where it still hasn't worked). Stay away and find a new carrier. People giving this location AND/OR Verizon 5 stars must be Russian bots. We are switching carriers this summer after 19+ years.

I was in store a couple of weeks ago in need of a new phone and I have to say, this was one of the most enjoyable customer service experiences of my life. Caleb greeted me with a smile and hello the moment I walked in the door and was an absolute treat to deal with through the entire process. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience, if you stop in I highly recommend asking for Caleb, he’s a gem!!

Drew was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient with my questions, and did not make me feel pressured at any point. This specific store is awesome! The staff here has helped me for years providing great customer service and support. Anytime I have purchased a new device or had an issue come up they were both willing and able to assist. Their professionalism, honesty, and consistency to deliver a great customer experience is what will keep me coming back to the Polaris store!

Greg at the Polaris Verizon was absolutely amazing. He got my phone and watch fixed after a major SIM card issue in less than 15 minutes! We will definitely be back to see him for our upgrades

Rude, slow, Horrible service. I went to visit there today they were supposed to open at 10:00 there's a guy that walked in at 10:15 and said he had no idea when they would open basically told me to go jump in a lake. T-Mobile here I come

Was there for an upgrade. Issue with new phone and had to return. Wifi in store was so bad they had to use a hotspot to complete the software upgrade. Was there over 1.5 hours. They push the Verizon home internet which doesn't work and we went through three representatives due to them either leaving or going on break. Will not get another device from here.

Gabriel's a real piece of work. How would you threaten a customer that's been with Verizon over 9 years? I can't believe people like this exist.
Trying to straighten my bill in a threatens me to point where I get up and walk out and his friends sat there and did nothing. Tough guy thinks like he's a real gangster... Except he's a cell phone salesman.
