Great service reached out to my Verizon guy for a phone line . He made it easy and seamless for me to get the phone. Got me a great deal on a new phone for my son and set it up for him. Alyssa was fantastic. I brought my mom- who is 81- for a new phone today and Alyssa was so kind and patient. She worked hard to ensure that my mom was comfortable with her new phone and also assisted her with her iPad. I honestly have never had better customer service for phone upgrades. Can not say enough positive things!

The customer service I received from Elyssa at the Sawmill location was top notch. She made sure to get me every discount she could and was super knowledgeable. I lucked out by getting her as my rep. Ask for her if you want the best experience possible!
