I went in needing help with my bill and Quinton was very eager to help every one of my needs. He was very nice and easy to work with. Made my stressful day feel a whole lot better. Would definitely go back to Quinton with any future needs.

Broke my phone. It was 3+ years old and paid off. Elyssa had me with a new phone, better plan, and new case set up and out the door in under an hour. I usually hate dealing with Mobile companies, but this was a very positive experience.

Don’t shop at this scam of a store. This is a booster for Verizon devices. I’ve never experienced such a lack of critical thinking met with below zero compassion for a mistake the store made. Unbeknownst to me changes were made to my plan that left my device uninsured, after having this service with insurance for over a decade, I’m naturally confused as to how this could have happened. With my own research I discovered insurance was never added again after an upgrade from this store, even though I was told more than once that no changes would be made to my plan besides the cost of the new device. After contacting corporate three times to no avail, I decided to go to the store. There solutions for me were that I pay full price for the phone, to get a new phone or pay full price for my phone to term my contract. Imagine a service you been loyal to for so long tells you that rather you stay or go, you have to pay an egregious amount of money and to think I would ever continue my service with them. After the customer service representative informed me that we were “talking in circles” and since they were a franchise there was nothing they could do I ultimately left this location and went to a flagship store where I received resolution in under ten minutes. Thank you Verizon at Easton! If I was Verizon corporate I would reconsider my relationship with this useless location because if they had the ability to cancel my contract I would have right then and there, but they couldn’t even do that.

My phone went black screen and so I headed to Verizon to try to recover my contacts, pics, messages ect. When I got there I was greeted by Quinton Coats and the magic started. My Led screen went out and I was worried about loosing my contacts OMG. Quinton was able after a lot of work to recover everything and used a promo on my account to get me a new phone at no cost and even lowered my monthly bill. Quinton is true professional and very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him for anything Verizon.

This store point blank lied to my face a year ago and put me in a really unsafe situation by doing so, despite me warning them that their actions would do so. Very reluctantly came back because I paid $50 for a screen protector with "unlimited replacements" last year that cracked. I've been sitting here 30 minutes and everyone is too busy to help me. Had to leave without being helped because I was going to be late to work and there was no indication anyone was going to help me anytime soon.
Edited to add: I spent another 30 minutes in the store (they did not say hi to me or acknowledge that I walked in) only to be told they couldn't give me a replacement for the screen protector, and that I could try to reach out to the manufacturer and pay for shipping to have it sent to me. I reached out to the email provided in the response below and the email response was them telling me to reach out if I had any concerns. Emailing WAS reaching out.

Excellent experience at this location. The reps were extremely helpful in making my decision for my new phone. I asked for advice and they all recommend I stay with what I currently use. Received a great promotion for my new device. I am one happy Verizon customer!!

I made the switch from AT&T to Verizon. With Quinton’s help, it was such a quick and easy experience! He helped every step of the way and was able to get me a great deal on the new IPhone! Very happy with my experience. Highly recommend!
