Customer service was very good. The rep explained all my options before proceeding with anything. No rush into making any decisions. Clean store and the reps all helped each other with questions. Highly recommended this store to everyone I know !!

Excellent service at this store. Any time I have a question I come here and these guys are great at helping. I had spam calls coming in and they helped me get rid of those. Also cleaned out the junk apps that were causing pop ups on my phone. Now my phone is no longer causing me issues. Thanks to these guys for helping and making sure I am taken care of.

I had transfered all my information over from old phone, which caused some bad apps to come over. The rep was able to clean up my phone for me and get everything situated with my autopay and my Verizon account. Easy process today.

I had a drunken mishap with my phone this past Friday night. Dropped my phone at the casino and it looked like a had a lite saber going through the middle of the screen. Let’s face it, most of us dread going into a Verizon store and doing it hungover really sucks. lol. I went in and the two guys working( I worked with Neil) were great! Made the transaction as painless as possible and I walked out with a new phone and a new store I’ll definitely be going back to. I worked for Verizon for years so I know what good customer service looks like. Whoever staffs that store needs to keep those guys around. Well done.

My phone was giving me along of issues. The sales rep helped me clean up my phone. I has a lot of How unnecessary apps. The sales rep also helped me set up my voicemail and make sure I wasn't being charged anything extra. Great service all around highly recommend this location to everyone needing great customer service.

Came into the main and McNaughton location, due to a friend that had a great experience with her phone purchase. Brought me in and I was very happy with our rep today, showed me options, and our beat option was to get a free new phone and become Verizon's newest customer . Thanks y'all appreciate it

Had such a great experience at the main and McNaughton store on my last phone and the phone before it , I brought my friend who lost her phone in and got the same great service for her , was not surprised that we were taken of quickly and smoothly by the rep, and really enjoyed our time here

Sales representative was very helpful. My service was not working well after my trip. He was able to trouble shoot my phone and get me back on the network. Reset the network settings and my phone was back in action. Explaining everything so I could understand thank you.

Amazing service from Nico, heard all my concerns and took care of my initial problem. The other guy was also very helpful in suggesting charging styles. Very knowledgeable guys in the store. Ever since I’ve found this store i choose to only come here.

Rachel & Gabe gave us awesome assistance at the 5976 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, OH Verizon store. We had an unusual issue with our new cell phone that required calling technical support & billing after they exhausted their own efforts. I was ready to give them the phone back even though I have been a Verison customer for years! Many thanks! They rescued a long term customer today.

Gabe Was amazing very patient and knowledgeable was able to help me out with multiple issues. I was having if I wasn’t from out of town this would be my go to store for troubleshooting and purchases. There was also a woman there unfortunately I did not get her name, but I came on May 16, 2024 around 745 And she was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I want to thank them again for Streamlining my questions and issues and just overall awesome customer service.

Phones not working after changing from post to pre paid and all features were not transferred. Came back in and Quinton said figured out the problem and got it resolved either tech support
