Waited over 40 minutes just to pop in and reactive my phone. Was skipped over for people who were buying a new phone

Tyrone the mgr. was 100% AWESOME!! He was so patient with us and helped me get exactly what I wanted while making every effort to save me as much money as possible. He treated me like I was the only customer even though the store was extremely busy and under staffed. I will ALWAYS go there!
All the reps did the best they could to help each person that came in.

Leaving Verizon service after 12 years. Their new 3 year contracts are obnoxious only to have them not warranty your phone when something goes wrong with it (device malfunction not damage). Customer service reps were slow in store only to have no resolution other than "pay off your current device and buy a new contract." Choose another provider and save yourself a headache.

Store associates were nice enough and tried their best to be helpful but there's simply a lack of training and employees at this store. Expect a two hour wait. Maybe it was the time of day I walked in here but the Verizon location at Olentangy is better.

Matthew W. was awesome and personable. He gave great service by giving us a much cheaper option than getting a new phone. I would recommend him (and the store) to anyone!

Horrible customer service. Saturday morning. Place is full of customers. 2 employees in the entire store. Each transaction is taking 45 min to 1 hour. Plan on spending a few hours here. Whatever happened to taking care of the customer?

Manipulative and try to trick you into signing contracts for prices they tell you in sales but don’t end up being the actual prices you pay when you get your bill. Also, Grant from business side totally lied to us about what “deal” he could get us and tried to lock us into slow speed WiFi for $100/mo

Extremely unprofessional staff, led by Clay who informed me that he is a supervisor. Spent 3 hours of my time there with the 2nd faulty jetpack in a month, no problems with replacing the first one, but with the 2nd one, I was taken through hell, treated as though I was misrepresenting the ownership of my own business. Even after calling and having a corporate agent on the phone beseeching them to provide me with the required service, they later resulted to charging me a restocking fee - for a 2nd faulty device. Shopper beware.
