DO NOT go to this store. Awful customer service and no one seems to know what they are doing. They ordered an upgraded phone and an iPad and they messed up the orders completely. Said they needed to cancel the orders and redo for some reason but couldn’t. Spent two days at the store and talking to employees for several hours and still do not have what I ordered. And forget corporate - I called them and they couldn’t help either. Go to an actual Apple Store or a real Verizon and not anything affiliated with Cellular Sales.
Edited to add: Well, Tyler at the store informed me they were able to cancel the orders and to go to “either Apple or corporate” to I guess start over because they never offered to set up my items. I also asked to be refunded the $200 I put down and was told “ask corporate, I don’t have the capacity to reverse anything.” Really?! What a waste of time. And I didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service.

The customer service rep “Nathan” was extremely unprofessional while helping myself and my grandpa. He had a negative attitude from the second we walked in and immediately acted as if he could not assist us. Thankfully with my pushback, he ended up figuring it out with the help of the other (professional) employee. He was visibly becoming frustrated in front of us during the 2 hours we spent there with him. He was unable to complete what we originally went for and when I asked him if it would take a long time if he could return the useless $100 phone case we just bought and he rudely said “that’s just another thing I have to do”. My grandpa has a 2k a month business phone plan with Verizon and due to this guys total unprofessionalism, we are moving companies. If you aren’t good with people, don’t work a customer service job.

Me and my wife walked into this store today because we wanted to switch over from our previous provider and the level of customer service here was absolutely amazing. The reps are extremely friendly and are very knowledgeable when explaining how to work these new device we got today. This was an absolutely amazing experience me and my wife had today.

This store is nothing short of amazing. The staff here go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. I can't express enough how much help these guys are. I would recommend this location for your Verizon needs A+++++ service

Chad was amazing! He honestly needs to have his own YouTube channel showing people how to get the most from their phone. I've never had a more pleasurable experience at a cell phone store. He helped me turn in my old phone and then he showed me features on my new phone that I'm going to be using forever. Honestly, I might come back every few months just to get a mini tutorial on features I'm missing out on!

Elyssa was super helpful with setting up the cellular on my new device. I wasn’t able to set up cellular from home on my new device and just saw SOS. Elyssa took her time speaking to verizon for me and we got a successful activation!

After a disappointing experience at a different Verizon store, I was hesitant to try again and almost ordered a phone online, but I'm glad I didn’t. This store provided exceptional service, guiding me through phone options available. They addressed all my concerns and ensured I left with a phone that suited my needs perfectly. Elyssa took care of all my phone needs better than expected. Kudos to the knowledgeable and friendly staff for turning my previous frustration into a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Taylor helped me trade in my phone and got me a great credit. He also reviewed my business account and was able to save me money there as well. He very incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The best experience I’ve had with Verizon so far!
