my favorite neighborhood boutique! staff are so helpful but not pushy at all. Chelsea even helped me decide on pieces when I was solo shopping and trying things on. I pop in about twice a month and have always had an amazing experience!

I purchased a skirt at full price. Sales staff told me that they were having a sale the next day. I went on their site confirmed it was on sale. Instead of repurchasing the skirt. I contacted by texting and emailed. The next day I went to the store the sales representative told me that she was new and called the manager. I was informed they would not honor the discount. That it was in store only. Not true. I was told by staff that I could shop from home. What kind of customer service is this? Think twice. Disappointed because I expect better from a small business and always make efforts to support them.

Vamp Official is very sleek, very chic, and very black. It's reasonable for anyone to think that a store which limits its clothing selection to a black, white, and neutral color scheme might be a bore, but Vamp is anything but. It's the perfect place for closet essentials and provides the best foundation for a mix-and-match capsule wardrobe. You can find basic, but also statement tops, and the silhouettes are incredibly flattering. For Game Day (Go Bucks!), they offer unique Ohio State Merch that you can't find anywhere else on campus but their tarnish-free gold jewelry is the reason why Vamp will always be my favorite Columbus boutique.

Vamp is an absolute treasure! The girls at this store are not only sweet but also a lot of fun to shop with. What sets Vamp apart is its unique selection of clothes for women my age. It's refreshing to see such a great variety in a small business. The clothes at Vamp are not only unique but also incredibly chic and flattering. I recently bought a jacket, and I know it will become a staple in my wardrobe.

I LOVE their clothes and one of the best boutiques in Columbus but sadly they are not size inclusive. I am an L/XL due to bust and curves and nothing here fits me. Which makes me soooo sad because I love their clothes. They also usually only have one L if ANY besides small and mediums in the clothing :(

Stopped into this cute clothing store the other day and instantly fell in love! The clothes are so chic and flattering! I bought a dress that I know I will get great wear out of! The employee was super helpful in helping me find my sizes and try on clothes as well!

Any boutique on high street in the Short North that survives 5 years in business, especially the past 5 years, is probably worth the real-estate-- and that's absolutely true of Vamp Official. It might be my new favorite local clothing spot. I was delighted to stumble upon this woman-owned small business this past weekend (how did I not know about this?!). The woman working the counter I am now realizing may be the owner? And she was incredibly charming, chic, and helpful. A perfect stylistic representation of the store itself and the perfect model to display looks that I assume she is choosing/buying herself! I ended up with a super cute black and white denim skirt covered in crescent moons, and two amazing pairs of retro jeans. Epic 90's beige cargo jeans-- totally utilitarian raver badassery-- and black boyfriend-cut also super 90's jeans that somehow make my legs look super long. I seriously can't wait to wear them everything I bought! I pretty much liked everything I tried on and I got my top 3 faves. If you love neutral colors (they ONLY sell neutrals x3) in fresh, funky and retro styles this is 100000000% your store. I'll be back as soon as I feel like I've waited long enough for them to get a bunch of new stuff in :)

I love everything I bought! The jewelry is well priced and really doesn’t tarnish at all. Everyone is so nice too. The owner even emailed me after I accidentally left my sunglasses in the fitting room.

Cute little shop. Came with my girl while she was shopping. She seemed to like most of the things she tried on. The lady working was very nice and helped my girl with any questions she had.

The girls at this store are so sweet and fun! Such a great and UNIQUE selection of clothes for women my age, and I love that it's a small business. My only complaint is that I ordered a shrug type sweater that literally came unraveled at the neck after one wash... I did speak to someone on the phone about it and they instructed me to send photos and my info to their business phone. I did and haven't heard back yet, but intend to pursue, it really seemed like they wanted to help me and wanted me to have a good experience!

What a gorgeous store with the best service possible! The Vamp girls are so friendly and are willing to help with anything. The pieces are top-notch and so affordable! I have to stop in whenever I'm downtown.

I have only ever shopped Vamp online, but either way they have great customer service. I have asked them questions vis Instagram and they were so helpful. The clothes are chic, unique, and trendy all at the same time! I hope to visit their store in downtown Columbus soon!

My absolute favorite shop in Columbus. They always have the cutest pieces and the team there is so helpful and nice. I always love the pieces I buy from Vamp and it feels great supporting a local shop. 11/10!
