Got a couch in December, one of the recliners broke in July a repair man came to look at it and said he had to order a part. Called Value city a month later they said the part could take up to 4 months it’s now October. I’ve called 3 times and get different answer every single time.

It’s been 4 months I ordered a bed set they haven’t delivered the dresser and the side cupboard yet every day it’s excuses they give me til today I haven’t received it and wen I call no one picks up the phone wen I go there they tell me there is nothing they can do abt it I least expected it,talk less of the sales man it has been horrible till date I don’t have my furniture
