Hard working deliver/install crew. I had a spiral staircase and they somehow got my king bed up there and installed. Worth every penny.

After a very long day of moving into a new place, we stopped at Value City Furniture looking for several big items of furniture. MK was our sales person. She made us feel completely judged because we didn’t look the part of someone with money. BIG MISTAKE! We went to Ashley Furniture and had fantastic service and spent a lot of money!

Bought a bunch of stuff from MK at VCF. She wasn't pushy but followed up enough to make sure we felt taken care of. Everything went really well except for the bed install. First guys that came out didn't build it right. We had a VCF team member come out and fix it right away. Overall really happy with how things turned out.

I looked at many different furniture stores. And I found your store to have the best quality and kindest people I came in touch with. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Rick in Columbus. He was very kind to me. The gentlemen that delivered were awesome and kind. Smiles on their faces as they set up my chair. I’m short and this chair allowed me to have my feet on the floor when I sat down. I will have a hip replacement in October and this chair fit all my needs. I may have to sleep on it at times. I found this one was the only chair that laid down flat. Nice job everyone. Also thanks for keeping me updated on the delivery.
