Almost two months waiting for a dinner set, first time we went to pick up they said, oh, we don’t have it ready, someone should call you yesterday (nobody called), second time (more than two months later) they said well we only have chairs, they put all of them into the car then they figured out they weren’t out chairs and without asking they take out the chairs and said the requested dinner set will be available until December, then we go to the store for the reimbursement and they only can return to us 2 chairs (of 6) and the table because the warehouse said they deliver us 4 chairs …we still waiting for the reimbursement of the other chairs; very disappointed.
And at the warehouse on the line waiting for the product the attendant didn’t respect who arrived first, you need to wait more than an hour per echa person meanwhile they look in to each requirement.
Bad service!

The service was exceptional all the way from the sale to the customer service to the deliveries. Customer service rep Shelia Evans and her peers along with store management (Tiffany?) were top notch! Deliveries were flawless.

Never ordering from Value City again- I would encourage you all to do the same. Ordered a couch almost 4 MONTHS AGO. The delivery got delayed 5 TIMES. At one point I even got a delivery confirmation text, and I was like “Great, this is finally happening.” Confirmed the delivery, and I’m not kidding, the second I confirmed it they IMMEDIATELY called to delay the delivery AGAIN. Called customer service, and they simply confirmed the new date of delivery, and gave no information on the cause of delay. And guess what? The next date got delayed. So, my boyfriend and I called and got a refund. I’ve never been more frustrated and disappointed- and I’ve waited over a month for a PILLOW from Morris furniture. No proper communication from the staff, no respect for customers time, money, or convenience. I should have had a couch by now. This was time and money wasted. DO NOT BUY FROM VALUE CITY.
