Joe was very helpful and not a pushy salesperson he welcomed me and then checked back with me after I had time to look around. He made my shopping experience very nice. I was able to pick what I bought on the first visit to the store. I am a repeat customer and I will definitely be back!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. They will lie to you over and over again and do absolutely NOTHING to help. My bed frame I ordered 3 months ago has been continuously delayed and was just delayed again until October. The office manager is completely useless and will just hang up on you if you call asking for help or answers. They will quite literally steal your money and do nothing about it. Unless you enjoy throwing your money in the trash can I suggest doing business elsewhere. This was my first time buying furniture and they have permanently scarred me from ever trusting furniture stores again.

I worked with Joe and he did a great job. I told him my budget and what I was looking for and he took me right to the prefect couch for me. They have a huge selection in store. The website doesn't do their inventory justice. I've been in sales for almost 30 years and the Value City Furniture on W. Broad St made the purchase fast and easy.

This is a HUGE Value City! Lots of options and the staff are very friendly! I’d especially like to point out Sam! He was wonderful! He greeted me the second I walked in. Explained the layout of the store to me and gave me time to look without hovering lol he was very kind and patient with me! He made sure all my pieces worked, throughly answered my questions and explained the warranty to me. I can’t thank him enough for my purchase. I’m a very happy customer! Although we haven’t bought anything yet, I was here just getting an idea of what I want, and we will definitely be back due to the prices and the staff. I am always dreading going into stores like this, but the employees actually let us look around and shop without pressuring us to buy anything and I really appreciated it!
