I just called up there to see if I have any mail being held and they never answered the phone smh this is the 2nd time they haven’t answered the phone while still in business hours… they just need to shut This place down because they are obviously not doing there jobs.

The hours of operation online and on the door are inaccurate. They never answer the phone. The woman that answers the door is not helpful at all, we’ve been here daily for 6 days straight trying to find out packages that were delivered to a mailbox, that’s the only information that can give. They don’t have the address of the mailbox, just that it was delivered over a week ago.

Unprofessional… they usually do an okay job about delivery. But this time, the lack of responsibility and accountability for others shows. I’ve been waiting days for a package that was supposed to be delivered Sunday. And now I’m stuck and still have nothing( not updating delivery time or anything) all while being told to be patient like I haven’t been for 48 hours, I needed my package by tomorrow. Do better. This is frustrating and inconvenient. And it’s not definitively not right.

Wish I could give 0 stars lol. The women at the door was very rude and unhelpful. Looked Super unmotivated as well 🤣 They don’t answer the phone, don’t take anything serious, they give out wrong information, etc.. very unprofessional place. Was told from the same lady before this to bring front page of my lease and my state ID to get my mailbox keys made, they do it there.. (I had to drive to the location and ask what I needed to bring because theyre too lazy to answer the damn phone!!!!) So I do exactly that. Get there with my info and now I’m told I need all 18 pages printed and they don’t make them there lmao what a joke. Tired of these government places being so unprofessional to the point it drives people away 🤦♂️ the picture I’ve put, is another lady who’s had issues with her mail box keys, it’s pure bullshit with this place seriously.

HORRIBLE! I paid over $90 to ship all my families Xmas gifts to NYC priority mail which was guaranteed in 2 days(which isn’t even that far) and it took OVER 10 days to receive it! Had to file a claim, put a trace and that package still didn’t leave Columbus until long long after Xmas. The worker couldn’t even adequately explain why it costs $90, and his breath reeked of alcohol. How about hitting competent workers who aren’t going to put oversized boxes in a corner somewhere while I paid top dollar to ship it?? Totally crapped on my Xmas and I had no timely gifts for any of my family all bc I went with usps instead of FedEx or ups. Do yourself a favor and use FedEx or ups for oversized packages unless you don’t mind the headaches of having to track it down and be over 2 weeks late

Did not want to answer the door despite me ringing the doorbell. They wanted to close before 2PM
I was told by Mohammad to come here before 2. I arrive at 1:25 PM and ring the doorbell repeatedly with no one answering
Do better. I don't wany to come back here again if people don't want to do their jobs.

I work here and did not feel like i treated equally or appreciated i did my best and got overwhelmed so i had quit and Gave my resign papers to Supervisor Nikki who did not like me and she did not turn my paper in so even when i wanted to return a month later i was unable too due to the fact she did not turn my paper in. so if you like to be bullied etc join this post office .

Left our packages at the wrong building at our apartment complex, we know this because we have a ring camera and no delivery attempt was made to our apartment that day but the packages were marked as delivery to front door , went to the PO to ask what happened and they said it wasn't their fault because the person who got our packages should of gave them to us . While that is absolutely what should of happened it didn't. The worse thing is this was not the first time this has happened . Its happened multiple times that our mail was delivery to the wrong mailbox and that neighbor was kind enough to return it, other times we were out of luck. Something needs to be done about this branch. No responsibility and very careless with peoples mail/packages . Horrible branch

door was locked went to pick up my keys with me and my son my son did all the talking and i was just arguing with them he ws translating [we are hispanic ] 20-35 ish minutes later we finished talked then she spit on my jacket shes the ""supervisor"" then gave me a threat and i qoute " we are gonna politely close the door" then we dint leave until 2 mins later then she said "maam our closing hours are 8am-2pm it was 1:52pm then she said "if you dont leave we will call police to escort you out" then she slammed the door then i heard her laughing my son was born IN the united states and im from guatemala i think this was racial harrasment. had to give 1 star becuase i cant give 0 stars

They could have the decency to notify/update on the GPS or internet the opening or closed hours, on Google it shows that it is open until 4 o'clock and when I arrive there is a paper saying that it closes at 2 o'clock. I repeat again, please keep your schedule updated.

I work full time and don't want my packages left on my porch all day so I get them delivered to my job. It is not a problem any day of the week except Saturday. That day, my driver is apparently too lazy to physically check to see if we're open and will just mark that the package will be delivered the next business day. I've got a formal complaint in the works atm.

Constantly losing my mail and packages. Some days the mail does not come when I have notification text that my mail and or package was just delivered to mail box but the carrier never even came. I have a camera so I can see if and when the carrier comes.
