The staff worker was so rude when all I was telling her was that I was told to go to that location for my address change. She kept telling me I don't know what I am talking about and raising her voice and damn near made my 11 month old cry. This place needs a staff change on the double.

No help trying to get an answer as to why a certified registered letter could not be delivered to the Franklin county municipal court!! $30 to have them do it and they failed.

Avoid this USPS at all costs. This was far and away the rudest staff I have ever encountered at any business, mail-related or otherwise. The older man was condescending, and to call him unpleasant would be an understatement. Unless you are looking to have your day ruined, do not come here. I would advise driving miles out of your way before doing any business here.

Clearly battling their mass one state with fake reviews. Extremely unprofessional staff that can just be downright offensive and rude. Also have a tendency to lose your packages. Do yourself a favor, and drive ten minutes further down and avoid the place
