Rude behavior of the associate on the counter. Earlier other associates did the same. I think it's a cultural thing at this place.

The employee very friendly and move very quickly they right to the point. Explain all the prices despite shortage of employees

No longer any self service to drop a letter inside the building; doors locked at 4pm on a Saturday.
