Jani was a great help with helping me figure out filling out details and selecting the best envelope for the document I needed to send off. Thankful to have had a neutral / positive experience but I will always prefer to go to UPS or FedEx whenever I can.

Poor customer service one employee managing the counter told to get my key it was a deposit but it's actually a fee had to wait 2-3 weeks to get my key so I can get my mail I'm going to told that was smirked and laughed at by clerk
