Went in this location to get my passport for the first time. Had an appointment and was actually a few minutes late. They were very nice about it and still took me in. (Have no clue what I’m doing) Sherry was very nice and helpful and put me on ease.

I love this post office. I’ve always had friendly and helpful interactions. I’ve noticed people in the reviews say they liked New Albany better, but I’ve had the worst customer service experiences there. Highly recommend the Gahanna location for Friendly and professional service.

Came in for passport service and Sherry was FANTASTIC!! She was so incredibly helpful and patient with our kiddo. Need more Sherry’s in the world!
