The postal carrier that comes to my address at 3199 Marion Place Columbus Ohio 43227 is terrible I have to sign for a package and this person doesn't knock on my door doesn't ring my doorbell leave a note on my outside mailbox and doesn't do shit to actually get to me so I can sign for it. Service is pathetic. And when I try to call the 800 number to have it reshipped it won't let me process it it kicks me off the system and hangs up on me. This is terrible absolute terrible the worst customer service ever. They should shut your ass down and privatize it cuz it sucks.

Facility..... Manger there or Supervisor will Hold your Mail Priority or Not .. And She tells people she able to hold your Priority package your trying to send Out on Time Cause she has a attitude..WOW. USPS

I have been going to this post office for years and really like the staff. Things always close on time but it sure would be nice for them to open on time to receive access to your PO box despite asking and communicating this it is currently 8:15 AM and myself and another lady were not able to gain access to our PO boxes. Alot of individuals are working during the day and this is their only availability. It is very inconsiderate of others time and unprofessional to not have standard hours for a government entity.

Love using the site to hold mail and to request to be emailed anticipated items to delivered that day with the delivery. This also includes a photo of the front of the piece of mail.

Where do I begin? Rude rude rude!!!!!!!!! Don’t go there. The two black ladies are so rude! I’ll post their names later and reported to cooperate. I called one lady maam and she was so rude and mad and asked me to drop my packages Down. Tell me why these ladies didn’t scan my packages which were to be delivered tomorrow. Now my packages is lost in the system! Can’t track them more than 1k can’t seem to find it!!!!!! Fire them! Asap
