Got there at 6:10 lady was closing up saying that they close early if no one is in the lobby. Doesn’t make any sense stay open until the sign says to close you are government worker I pay your salary.

Went yesterday to ship out a package. Online posting and sign on the wall says they close at 6:30. At 6:15 they were closed. Went today at lunch, and the lady says, we are closing for lunch. Nobody else can get in line. Please come back in an hour. This was at 12:50. I came back at 2:15 and they are still closed with a sign that says they will be back from lunch at 2:45.... I normally don't complain, but I'm just trying to use the United States Postal Service to ship a package. This shouldn't be pulling teeth.

This post office is a nightmare. Always a crazy wait, out of everything, and the last time I went the girl behind the counter was like nah I’m done for the day just use the machine I’m closed. 30 minutes early. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and take my letter and be like I’ll take care of it. According to the tracking number, surprise surprise it never even left the post office. This place is worse than the dmv, and it’s extremely evident how much these people hate their jobs.

This location has been closed almost every time I come here during hours it's supposed to be open. You can say it's because nobody wants to work these days, but I never have this problem at other post offices. Today I showed up, and there was a line almost to the door, and the lady working the counter yelled out to me that her line was closed because she just got a text that she had to close the store down. It was 11:30 am and the store is supposed to close at 2:00. Meanwhile, everybody else gets to stay in line and I have to leave?
I'll never come here again. Complete waste of time and gas every single time.

Absolutely useless. Get off work at 6 got there 10 ten minutes to close amd they had already shut down everything closes all the gates and helping no more customers. I'm chasing down a package they refuse to redeliver and can't seem to get ahold of it. This has happened to me before and they ended up sending the package back to sender because of all the miss information. Last issue I was looking for a delivery they sent me to tj3 building down the road just to call me back later saying they had it just didn't look well enough but I would have to come back tomorrow because they are closing.
I have never commented before and like to give the benifit of the doubt but this place is a headache and a piece of trash.

What a bad experience ! Unprofessional people in here . I had to call off earlier from work to get my baby son passport done when get there saying sorry lady who's doing passport called off. I reschedule for today morning. 10:30 now it's 10:55 still waiting and left need to go work. They don't value people time never come back to this location

I’ve been to numerous post offices where they have allowed their customers to use a single piece of tape to seal up any loose ends on a package. I needed one small strip, and the lady refused to give me any when they clearly had a whole roll, instead stated I had to purchase a roll that she had next to her. I am disappointed with the customer service and will take my package to UPS across the street.

I bought clothes from a merchant in another state and she sent me the clothes on Thursday. They told her they would arrive on Saturday and did not arrive until Sunday. I was invited to a wedding event and I wanted to wear these clothes for this occasion, but unfortunately I did not receive the order until 4 days later. This is very bad if they cannot deliver it on time. Exactly why they say this

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Henderson RD USPS location, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to assist.
The staff at Henderson RD USPS were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of my postal needs were met efficiently and effectively. Whether it was shipping a package or purchasing stamps, they handled each transaction with professionalism and care.
Not only was the staff top-notch, but the facility itself was clean, organized, and well-maintained. It was evident that the team takes great pride in their work and strives to create a positive environment for customers.
Overall, my experience at Henderson RD USPS was nothing short of fantastic. I left feeling grateful for the excellent service I received and confident that my postal needs were in good hands. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of postal services. Keep up the fantastic work, Henderson RD USPS!

The department must be open until 6:30 p.m. I arrived at 6:15 today (April 1, 2024), the employee said the branch was closed!! Many people came after me, but she didn’t want to accept anyone. Why does the employee close the branch so early? It wasn’t 6:30 p.m. yet.

This is the worst post office I've ever been to. You can not get them on the phone no matter what, I've tried dozens of times. The wait times in the store are at best an hour, I've gone over on lunches just trying to pick up a package they lost and spent 2 hours just for them to find it in the back and say "whoops." The service team is very nice, but the quality of service and staffing at this branch is horrible.

Made an appointment for a passport application with photo service. On arrival was told I actually had to go to CVS to get my photo. At CVS I got a photo that was confirmed by CVS to be acceptable for a passport but the post office would still not accept it!
