Rude employees and rude mail courier. Mail courier went to my apartment to harass my wife, even though my wife didn't do anything to the courier.
They had the audacity to tell me that they won't deliver our mail anymore.
Couple of packages I was expecting this week were marked as delivered but they weren't. Thieves!
Complaint submitted to the attorney general.

No one answers the phone and the doors are randomly locked during business hours. Had to bang on a window and immediately got answered that "someone must have forgot to unlock the front door" at 1:30 on a Wednesday

Called 3 times not too long after they opened to check on my mail keys, only for the phone to ring each time and no answer. That’s fine, I live pretty close so I might as well walk down there to check in person. They’re open but closed for lunch by the time I get there (there’s no posted lunch hours so I had no way of knowing). That’s fine, makes sense, I can walk around the neighborhood a bit until they’re back. 20 minutes after the time that the sign says they’ll be back, and the door is still locked, so I give up and go home. Not much more to it than that. I even called another few time about an hour after I got home, and still no answer. I just want my mail, and this is getting ridiculous.

I’ve been trying to get my mailbox key from this post office for 3 days. But I’m told its not ready. I go today cause I work 7-3 during the week and it’s not even 3:30 and the door is locked. I tried calling 3 times as banging on the windows but nobody answered. How am I supposed to get my mail if I don’t have access to my mailbox. I’d give 0 stars if possible!!

This place is horrendous. Open until 4 or 5, not sure which, and I can’t get in at 2 pm. Really not sure how this is even possible lol

Just go to the Henderson location, instead. Whats the deal with the entrance? Customers have to ring a doorbell to get in? Weird.

The drivers deliver packages such as Christmas presents to the incorrect address or keep it for themselves. PBS broadcasted an investigative report on U.S. postal workers stealing packages from the people they're supposed to deliver them to. I reported the theft of my package committed by this post office to the post master General.

Lines everyday, they must have a staff issue because lines are always to the door. They only have one person in front while the line is to the door. Ridiculous
