To all my truck buddies, truck entrance is on agler rd,come early because you will have to knock several doors before you find right place for your load,there are no signs or instructions on lot whatsoever, so come early but staff here is nice

I am an eBay shipper who ships just out of Columbus and I too have had constant delays from this office. I have about 15 packages that have been held up at this location these past few weeks that have been "Processed" then "Arriving Late" then ship out of there a week later. Very disappointed. Before a few weeks ago it was all fine and now its been ridiculously long delays. I get it, the pandemic and Christmas shopping are affecting this, but when the packages I ship out are taking weeks through this office and taking a day at most other offices, that annoys me.
EDIT: 3 years later and nothing has changes. This post office is STILL DELAYING MY MAIL!!! WITH THE EXACT SAMS PROBLEMS!!! Goes "Processed", "Arrived" then "Package Arriving Late" then like, 2 days later it arrives at my USPS in the middle of the day after they've delivered and then it gets delivered like 3/4 days late even though it only takes like 1/2 days to ship from the other side of the country. Unbelievable. How this post office and Grove City FedEX are even still in buisness confuses me as if I have a package coming through either post office they will no doubt delay it.
EDIT 2: THESE people are getting even more dumber - they literally had the package IN COLUMBUS, ONE AWAY FROM WHERE I LIVE, 30 MINUTES AWAY, then shipped it all the way to LEXINGTON, KY. Unbelievable. If the USPS is actually reading this, please give me an option to have it process at any other post office that ISN'T Columbus OH. I would gladly pay $5 each time because this is getting ridiculous. This isn't even the first time they've done it either - they did it with another package and shipped it from Columbus, to Laurelville(which is a town that's EVEN SMALLER THAN WHERE I LIVE, not sure why they'd ship it there), back to Columbus then to my town. I already hate the town of Columbus as is, but with this USPS facility being as terrible as it is affecting my eBay buisness, It's making me really want to leave the Columbus Ohio area. I mean, no other post office is as consistent about losing my stuff or sending it to some random USPS facility far away from me like Columbus Ohio does. It's a joke, it really is. I'm hoping they'll get better soon but with how it is now, I doubt they'll ever get there. Will update if anything changes.

Love this location! The parking is great, the hours are amazing, and the staff is the best. I have driven past other post offices just to get to this one.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ship using flat rate priority mail envelopes at least 3 times a week. The women at the desk was charging more than the service required. I pay 8.95 (9.85 with tax) every time AND the signage indicated the price was 8.95. She was insisting it cost 11 dollars and some change. She was not listening or willing to see she was entering something incorrectly in the system. Ultimately, she never found the address of the recipient so I left. I drove to another location 15mins away, paid my 9.85, and sent to the correct recipient address within 3 mins. This lady scamming people out of money. BEWARE

I had bad experience with the guy at this location today 04/08 he was so rude with me all I will say is he don't like his job find another one, I bet is a lot of people looking for job and they will do better than him , if you work with costumers at least show respect I know we all have bad days but keep your issues for home.

Just got followed out to my car at this location in a very threatening manor by a male employee who was disrespectful to me upon arrival, to the point of another customer saying something, because he thought I "snatched" my credit card back from him. Perhaps don't follow women out to their vehicles as a threat?
