My recent visit to the store was ruined by the staff member who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Their behavior was unacceptable, and I strongly urge management to take action. No one should have to deal with such poor treatment.

There’s an older black woman that works there that made my experience very unpleasant for her own amusement. I had to pay $4 for a piece of tape and she practically made me do her entire job for her while she proceeded to throw my package in the returns basket.

Robin was helpful. There was a short wait where the bell wasn't heard. She was apologetic (unnecessary) and mindful that she may have not heard the bell. I appreciated the quick and knowledgeable service. There was also a clerk the other day who mentioned a transition in roles to where being at the front was new again. I appreciated the insight as it allowed me to be patient within the circumstance. Good USPS location.

The woman who works there in the morning is very rude and condescending. I gave her my package in one of those priority boxes and the first thing she said, “ Just know that if this is ground advantage you can’t mail in this box” ver rudely. I had already prepaid and labeled the box, she said that before even checking. Before my turn she was already arguing with the 2 customers who were before me. Customer service might not be her strong forte maybe she should just handle packages at the back.

Don’t do transactions with the girl in the counter!! Got to say I like the lady who works here but not the other girl. I purchased 30 envelopes a while ago and this girl did the transaction. I didn’t know they should be stamped at the time you buy them. Today I sent some of these envelopes and the older lady assumed that I didn’t pay for them because they weren’t stamped. I told her that I bought them from the young lady right beside her and she’s like nah nah I stamped them all. NO YOU DIDN’T! At least hire people who can do their basic job instead of accusing people for stealing when I actually paid for it full lol.

I love this post office! The postal workers are incredibly knowledgable and kind, Robyn knows the answer to all my questions and is always so pleasant to talk to.

Pretty sad that people don't take the time to write about all the positive visits to this P.O., but just to gripe. I want to commend ROBIN for her great attention to detail and always opening on time. We're lucky to have someone so reliable and personable as Robin. Keep up the good work! God bless you!!

I was trying to send internationa mail today I had really bad experience. Hopefully mail is not going be lost. After I payed and send my international mail it didn't have any tracking number so I have to go back and line up again to ask her. She gave me another box to write information after I did that I line up aging. And she said she forgot to give me application paper where you put sender and receiver information so I have to line up aging. I lined up 3 times. She don't pay attention at all. That's why people is keep losing there Item this place. I was there like 45min back and forth to send 1 envelope?♀️.

Tried to do an international change of address here, unfortunately they told us the system would allow for this and it apparently doesn't work. We spent hours trying to resolve this only to be told that there is nothing that can be done either in the US or internationally.
