Lines move relatively fast, and staff were friendly and helpful. They even helped me change the address on a package that had already been shipped

Kiana who works the front desk here is very kind and helpful! Even when the line is super long she is kind to every person who comes through and answers all their questions.

Very helpful staff, they helped me with my passport application without an appointment because they were not busy. this location should be training other staff at other post office on how to deal with customer, and how to provide top notch service. you guys saved us for having to come back with a 7 month old in the cold. Thank you to the entire staff for being awesome!

The staff are exceptional people at this post office, so they are the earning of 5 stars.
The building is crap (1 star) and needs renovations of the ceilings, walls, floors, and counters. They spent money on windows, but left the space drab.
I demand you pay the staff more and give them a better work environment.

I asked for the mailbox key for my new apartment 2 weeks ago and I just got informed that it still has not been done. I understand they have staffing issues but I have important mail waiting for me there.

The employees here are really great and helpful, but it seems like they're severely understaffed. I've been here multiple times when the line is out the door and only one person is assisting customers. It'd really help if they had a package drop.

very very upset. my fiance and I scheduled an appointment to apply for a passport 2 weeks before we showed up. Already pushing it. We went in, waited in line for 10 minutes & the woman saw us, and we started to fill out an application for our passports before she told us “the passport clerk isn’t here today but you can go to this other place that accepts walk ins”. Which was fine. BUT, we were never notified. We went to this other place and had to take a number. Needless to say this was a huge inconvenience. Don’t come here if you need a passport. Another family came into the next place with the same issue.

I've always had great service from the USPS employees here. There are times the location is randomly closed for an hour but it's my go-to USPS location.

Worst postal service in the country!!! Every single time I mail a package to my daughter it is lost or delayed or returned for insufficient address. The address has been correct every single time. Of course I can’t confirm with an actual person and there is no way to speak to anyone at the post office by phone. They are completely incompetent in Columbus!!!! Most frustrating experience ever
