very very upset. my fiance and I scheduled an appointment to apply for a passport 2 weeks before we showed up. Already pushing it. We went in, waited in line for 10 minutes & the woman saw us, and we started to fill out an application for our passports before she told us “the passport clerk isn’t here today but you can go to this other place that accepts walk ins”. Which was fine. BUT, we were never notified. We went to this other place and had to take a number. Needless to say this was a huge inconvenience. Don’t come here if you need a passport. Another family came into the next place with the same issue.

I've always had great service from the USPS employees here. There are times the location is randomly closed for an hour but it's my go-to USPS location.

Worst postal service in the country!!! Every single time I mail a package to my daughter it is lost or delayed or returned for insufficient address. The address has been correct every single time. Of course I can’t confirm with an actual person and there is no way to speak to anyone at the post office by phone. They are completely incompetent in Columbus!!!! Most frustrating experience ever

Had an appointment for a passport (with all my pictures and papers alr w me) and they just simply had a handwritten sign on the door that said passports cancelled, no call or anything. Don’t rely on them if you are close to your trip!

Driver is extremely rude and lazy. I have not had mail or packages that i had paid extra shipping for delivered at all throughout the entire week because my mailbox is supposedly “blocked”. The car in the way is currently broken down, and is completely unable to move. When i tried to talk to him, he rudely told me he would NOT be delivering my mail, and would NOT be giving me my packages even with provided identification. I am disgusted.

Had an appointment for a passport only to find out when I got there that the passport person was not working on that they. It was very unfortunate that they had not updated the system that no one would be available. I never got a notice that the appointment had been canceled. I lost a lot of time and it was just a lack of consideration for people’s time!

Very fast and friendly service at 8am, thank you very much! I walked in at 8:01am, got out at 8:08am. There was a line, but that is to be expected on a weekday. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and understood what I wanted. There are all sorts of envelopes, stamps, package boxes, and labels inside. The store is a bit small so I would have packages or mail ready for the counter ahead of time if possible, that is what makes the line go faster!

It's useless to make an appointment to do anything in this post office. The person, Lance, worked there complaining that his boss gave him too many jobs, and at 3:25pm, he had to stop working because it's too much work. We scheduled an appointment for passport renewal with a minor at 3:30pm. His dad has to drive from Delaware to verify guardianship. Lance said "you can come back tomorrow at 8:30am and I can take care of it tomorrow. If you give me a hard time, I won't process it for you!!!" I couldn't believe the Post office in Grandview Heights offers this unprofessional and unethical customer service. If he wanted to cancel the appointment, there is a number that he could text in advance along our confirmation number. There were at least two people scheduled to renew their passports at that time and Lance just simply kicked us out and threatened us. Post office employees were rude and had no problem wasting our time even though we scheduled an appointment weeks ago.
