Cynthia who assists with passport is a very, very racist woman. He made me arrive twice due to poor guidance and did not want to assist me. They should have trained people who treat them with respect regardless of nationality.

Never had single good experience with these guys! Deliveries always late, and delivery drivers show no respect or care for the packages they deliver!

Amazon brags about USPS "final mile" but I had a MUCH different experience with a recent delivery -- while we were AT HOME on Sunday night (Aug 4, 24) USPS stated (lyingly) that the front door or driveway was not accessible so didn't deliver until next night!!
See the picture below to see their baldfaced lie. If ONLY Amazon would let you pick delivery agents and not act like a big brother (wait, they ARE a big brother................).

In April I moved to Crestline, OH and my girlfriend and I both submitted change of address requests at that time. Both our changes were confirmed by USPS however it took some time for my girlfriends to get confirmed. The first time she got an email and was told to go to our local and get the bar code scanned. When we did a totally different woman’s name and address popped up. They had no explanation how that could happen so we had to go through the whole process again which can take up to two weeks. How much important mail can get lost in 2 weeks? It is now July and I have received 2-3 pieces of mail with change of address labels and she has received none. We both received a ridiculous amount of junk mail at our old address just like everyone else that actually gets all there mail in the United States. After 2 months we should have a 55 gallon trash bag full of junk mail with yellow labels on them and we have none. It gets worse I had 2 credit cards that got sent to my old address and out of fear that they might get used illegally I reported them as lost and requested new ones. I also had 2 new ones supposed to come to new address. 4 credit cards from four different banks all being mailed to the new address, not the old one. 7-10 business days for each one. Over a month now for each one and 2 are now pushing 2 months. Not 1 has arrived. I have talked to my Crestline post office and my carrier. We receive some mail but very little. They both have assured me that everything that comes in gets sorted and delivered. My carrier has been doing it 20 years. The problem is not my local post office. Somewhere in USPS distribution we have a massive amount of mail sitting or lost, including 4 credit cards which seems very suspect. Is an employee hanging on to them and waiting 6 months till I’m not paying attention. This is very frustrating as I’m going through a divorce and need my one visa to pay my attorney. Until I get paid this Thursday I don’t have enough cash in my checking account to put a McDonald’s happy meal on my debit card so it sure would be nice to have that card with over $4000 in available credit. I’ve heard a lot of our mail comes through Cleveland which is funny because our water bill comes through there and we receive it 2 days before it is due. People’s lives sometimes revolve around receiving mail. Social Security checks, checks from family, unemployment checks, welfare checks, credit cards to get by in hard times. How many people are suffering and going hungry because USPS is not getting their mail to them? As a kid it was the one thing you could rely on. As a professional firefighter in a big city for 26 years now there is only one vehicle we can not block, stop , or hinder in any way. A U S Postal Service truck. Even as a city employee it is a felony to hinder the delivery of mail. So in return I think we should be able to expect that it be delivered in the most timely fashion possible. Fed Ex and UPS don’t get that respect but they manage to always get it done. Be nice if someone was listening and gave a crap. I called the company sending my Visa and asked if they could ship my new card by any other means and I would be happy to pay for it. Assuming it was less than the $3.03 I currently have in my checking account! To my dismay they said no and the new replacement would also be 7-10 business days “aka possibly never” through USPS. Thank you for nothing USPS and for making life incredibly and increasingly more stressful throughout what is already an incredibly stressful time of my life.

It was a federal holiday, so the main service area was closed and self-service is open. After self-serving, there was no plan for what would happen to packages. So people were just stacking them in the self-serve lobby. I went to 2 post office locations and found the same issue. Nobody thought ahead on this? Why is the USPS so bad with customer service?

I wish I could give negative star reviews.
I cringe whenever I see a package being shipped to me via USPS, because I know that more likely than not the package will never arrive, even after it's marked as "delivered". Over the past year I've had something along the lines of 4 out of 6 packages that USPS has "delivered" to me never arrive. Opening a case does no good. Nobody seems to care. If they aren't stealing people's packages, they are just shockingly incompetent.

Everytime my mail is supposed to be on hold the post office is not following thru. Mail is being delivered not being held like it’s supposed to.
I have spoken usps to no avail. I sent a pm to the inspector general about this matter and never received a call. USPS you need to get your act together.

Someone at the post office likely stole a returned package with a value over $500, and from a non-profit organization no less. Package was marked undeliverable as the address we shipped it to was fraudulent. The package was confirmed returned to the post office but never returned to us. I was told it was delayed due to the holidays. Suddenly the tracking number has been deactivated and they can't help us, and claim the package never existed. The rep that came to my office to sell us services never returned any emails regarding this issue and I ended up having to go above her head to her supervisor who also didn't help us.

My small box I dropped off in self serve box drop - is stuck in the box drop. This box drop has been piece of garbage for like 2 years but it looked like it was operable again. So I used it and now I’m 9 people back in line to tell someone it’s broken and go get my box out. 1 person helping all these people.

I’ve lost 3 packages to usps in the last year. They always say the package was undeliverable because they couldn’t access my address with a code, there are not gates barring them from entry, they could walk straight to my front door from the street. No human support that knows what they are doing, and if they do, they don’t care.

The folks here are big-hearted pros. We should all be so competent and kind.
