I had an amazing experience at this location today! Legion and Hermon went above and beyond to help me print off my resumes—they were patient, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. Their customer service was top-notch, and they made what could’ve been a stressful task feel easy and even enjoyable. Just genuinely wonderful guys who care about helping people. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing support or great service. Thank you again, Legion and Hermon!

Very helpful service, but amazed that they don't recycle the spectrum box for the return. That seems wasteful as we did not open or use any equipment that we were returning.

Irresponsible work, when the customer sends the goods without notifying about the import papers, the package cannot be received and an additional return fee is charged. They charge more expensive, bad service

This location decided to be closed today when it is supposed to be open. They received my package yesterday 20 minutes before closing. Thinking that’s fine I will pick it up tomorrow…This is a huge inconvenience. The least that should have been done is move my package to the UPS location noted on the door to go to for today.
