2.3 stars seems a bit bizarre. Much of the experience is luck. It is hard to predict when people will show up and how the complexity of their situation. Returning hardware for Spectrum might be a nightmare because the customer doesn't have the right info. Dropping off a package, no problem.My experience was people were doing the job well. My off-the-cuff for the past 4 years is that we do not treat each other very well. Whoever is working the store is doing a job. You are paying them for their help to get the job done that you want. It isn't a one way relationship. Yes, it can "suck"; and it can be good to ask if the expectations were reasonable (seriously) given societies current goal of pay the least possible for everything.4 stars seems correct; but 5 stars because 2.3 is absurd.

Worst service, Please don't go here. First of all they wont pick the call, if you go in person, no proper response. Very very worst service.

This place has some of the worst customer service. Even dropping off pre-paid items is a bad experience. Please don't inconvenience the employees by asking for a receipt.

Every time I go here it's a poor experience. A lot of times when Amazon says that they will package things for me. This staff turns me away simply because they don't feel like doing it. On top of that today I went in there to return something and their system was down. I went back and got there at 5:59 and they had already had the door locked. If I ever have the choice of shipping with somebody it definitely will never be UPS.

The only redeeming quality of this location is it’s convenient if you’re near the Polaris area. The customer service is pretty terrible. The hours are limited. And it’s the only place I can think of in recent memory where a receipt was basically thrown at me. Customers seem to be more of an inconvenience than anything else.

I come here a lot and I know the employees pretty well. For me, I haven't had a problem with any of the employees but rather the lines. You can skip the line if you are just dropping something off but, if you have to do anything else you will have to wait in a huge line! The newly implemented Amazon returns have made the lines in this place absurd. I feel like if you had a separate line for Amazon returns and another for miscellaneous things it would be a lot better. Until they fix the lines, my review will be 3 stars.

Contrary to the rest of reviews, I always have great service. Most recently I went in this week at 8:10 and they were open and helped ship my package. Guy was great and friendly.

I stopped at the store around 3:30p to return ATT internet equipment. I walked in and was the only customer. I stood at the counter while three females (about 21 yrs old, but acted like 12 year olds) were trying to box Christmas gifts a customer had dropped off and was trying to ship. One of the girls jumped on the top of the box (hands and feet, all of her body weight) in an attempt to keep the package closed while another taped it up. A toy inside activated and the girls joked that they hoped the batteries died. This behavior continued for about 5 minutes before any of them attempted to help me. Once helped, I explained why I was there. The female asked for my last name, at which time she and the others made fun of it right in front of me. If I were the owner/manager of this store, I would be totally embarrassed about the store I am in charge of. You should consider hiring mature individuals who actually care about being employed. To the general public, take your business to FedEx!

I should have read the reviews before I tried to send something here. The young lady behind the counter was very polite, apologetic, and sweet. The male supervisor is rude, not helpful, and has no idea what he is doing.

Here at 8:30 on a Friday morning. Their website says they open at 8 am, as does the sign on the front door. Nope. Closed. I’ve heard bad things from others about this UPS Store and it’s obviously true. Avoid this location …

Closes at 6:00. They screwed up a package that was being sent back to Amazon. Probably because the young girl was a smart a$$ that was playing around. Bunch of kids running the place and goofing off. Seemed like the customers in there were inconvenienceing them.
