Was in and out during the busy lunch hour in under 5 minutes - that was including my 5 Amazon returns! Impressed with the speed and kindness of the staff!

I honestly have to say I haven't had one problem with this location. Workers are very nice and helpful . I always come prepared, in and out less than 30 seconds and never had a package lost or not credited .

The one closest to me was closed today so I considered waiting until later in the week before visiting this one because of the bad reviews, but this is my new favorite location. Very efficient. In and out. The line is always forever long at the other location.
