Can’t believe this kind of ups is still open for customer . The employee are so rude . They have no manners on how to talk to their Custom . please, I recommend all of you guys to not go to this place . They will make you pay for 1 inch of tape use on open box . Sometimes they can get really busy, and dealing with the public can be hard, but I come here often, and do some Amazon returns too, I have ALWAYS been treated well and the staff has always been patient .
