Very Disappointed with Discriminatory Treatment
I had a very upsetting experience at this UPS Store. I came in with my packages already packed in boxes—all they needed was to be taped shut. The employee refused to tape them unless I bought a roll of tape for $6.99, which felt unreasonable given the simplicity of the task.
What made it worse—and deeply concerning—was that another customer walked in shortly after me, and the same employee taped their box without any charge. The only difference I could see was that the other customer was the same race as the employee. It felt like I was being treated differently based on how I look, and that is completely unacceptable.
Fair service should be given to everyone equally. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and frankly, discriminated against. I hope the management looks into this, because no one should be made to feel this way just for trying to ship a package.

I always get the best service at this UPS store. The customer service is always on point and professional. Also, came in on a Sunday when the gate closed and I was assisted without hesitation to get my package done and sent out. I really appreciated this because they truly were closed for business. I have never had one bad experience and I will continue to come to this UPS store.

I had an Amazon return- very large- no handicap space- rude- every other ups has printed labels for me- they wanted 2.85 for each- rude customer service. Won't return- will drive further for better experience. Waste of time.

Hi Everyone, I want to inform customers to not trust this location, always take a picture of your receipt for future reference. I sent money order through this location and the recipient never received it. I couldn’t track the money because I lost the receipt. Last Saturday, a friend use this same UPS location to send some package to Rhode Island and as at now the recipient has not received the package. My friend also lost the receipt so there absolutely nothing we can do now. Just remember take a picture of the receipt for future reference.
